I have had HP printers before so I bought another one when my old one broke down. Unfortunately, it is unable to connect to Wifi even though it is in the same room as my router so I have to connect with a cord if I want to print anything. Esthetically pleasing, but leaves a lot to be desired in the way it works.

Bought a wireless all in one printed and can't hook it up.

Printing is too slow. It takes about 10 minutes to print one page...!!!

very unhappy with this printer - extremely slow, no brochure or even a piece of paper with setup instructions - will not purchase another HP but will miss the Instant Ink

This printer is very slow to print and the print quality is not very good. Also, I have gone through three black and two color ink cartridges in one month. I only printer about 50-100 pages maximum.

I will be calling to see if I can return this it takes entirely too long to print it consumes entirely too much ink this is just not a good printer at all I can't believe HP suggested it

I would not recommend this printer to anyone. I cannot get it installed.

It doesn't deserve the one star, but I'm not allowed to leave a zero star. It is useless. Setup requires wireless connection to pc. My Win 7 desktop does not have that. It is not visible on the network. Printer is supposed to be Win 7 compatible. My New, just bought pc with Win 10 might have wireless, but it is stuck at the login screen due to login issues. I can't get anywhere with the New Printer. I spent several hundred dollars on a HP Printer and a HP dedtop PC just so I can print. I still can't print!

DIFFICULTY INSETTING UP THIS PRINTER WITH IMAC . UNABLE TO CONNECT TO MY I PHONE. AIR DROP DOES NOT EXSIST. NO FAX SET UP.
