This is definitely one of the printers that meet the definition of “you get what you pay for”. I wouldn’t consider it high grade. I don’t see this printer printing off 80 pages on one job. It does need TLC and patience when trying to set it up. So if you don’t have patience, you’re better of looking at another printer.

This is a great printer.

I have only made 2-4 copies since set-up. The printer is working to my expectations. My only issue is that it took me three hours to work through the set-up instructions! Now, keeping in mind that I am 82 years old (nearly 83) this may or may not be a significant issue with your tech writers, but I would think that this simple, inexpensive printer is popular with older, retired folks who are not technically sophisticated. Make the set-up instructions simpler.

Nice PC, like new, BIG screen. Would like to have wireless mouse & keyboard with it, however.

Set up was awful. But it works now when I could finally speak to a representative.

I was expecting better photo printing, but I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Bought this printer during cyber sale. Easy to install and set-up. Able to print from our phones and/or computer wirelessly. I was surprised that the printer did not offer double sided printing. Our 4500 HP printer did this and was great to save paper. We can still print both sides but requires manual interference to manipulate the paper. Gave our old printer to our daughter.

It works good, but I had a tough time sincing to my network.

Compatibility is great. All my devices - from many different ecosystems - all work great, right out of the box. Printer was nearly free, considering the value of the instant ink trial. Hard to go wrong!

I don't need to print documents often so this printer has everything I need The only thing I don't like is that the paper tray doesn't hold that many pages. Also would prefer if HP started making their printers slimmer and less bulky.
