The printer will not bluetooth to my internet. Even after internet troubleshoot and HP troubleshoot. Everything else in my house connects. This is the only item that will not. Its been MONTHS! I am done trying. It's frustrating.

I hate it. Doesn't print whole pages, have to change settings every time I use it. But because the products are made with cheap plastic, my other printer ( can't remember the #) was much better.

Couldn't get the printer to work with my computer and there was no support.

I bought this because it appeared to be simple and fit my needs which was only a printing about 20 pages or so per month. I had a hard time setting it up, the SMART set up was anything but smart. It kept freezing and wouldn't let met get out the app. If I want more than 1 page to print, I have to press the additional page button (why)? And with no warning all of a sudden the ink light comes on and I cannot print any more until I order more ink, (I guess)! I should have just gotten a better printer

My HP is not printing! When my daughter try to see what the problem was today. We got a message on the App that the “ink cartridges are used or counterfeit.”

I returned the printer after having problem downloading the software and then once it was up and working...I had a problem with paper jamming. I said that's it. It goes back.

impossible to print to wirelessly. the reason I purchased this was to be able to print wirelessly from my cell phone. constantly gets hung up locks had turn the power on and off. it's louder than my old printer that I got in the '90s. I switched to this one because the printer cartridges on my old printer are costly and I figured well I can do this wirelessly and the refills are only 15 bucks. not worth it I will pay more for the cartridges for the reliability of a plug-in and use printer. both are HP but this one not worth the hassle even at a good price point. I need my printer to print when I ask it to print.

This is trash. Says it’s connected then not connected. All of the lights blink. The manual didn’t help. Takes me 40 minutes to get something to print.

The device drops from the network & bad color print

Absolute trash. It worked for a while and now nothing. Full ink, prints blank. Trash.
