I was not able to take advantage of the added ink offer because this printer cannot be connected to my WiFi as it uses Wifi 6. I was not told that could be a problem. The printer is working through direct wifi. I am disappointed with the inability to connect to wifi, including through an ethernet cable, as this model does not have a port to connect with such cable.

Would not have purchase this printer, if I had known that I have to use the smart app. My internet is not always the best. Why not a button that says “COPY” Will not recommend this printer.

Trouble staying connected to WiFi. Even with CR support, never worked and I returned it

Cheap, weak, not very good. First print job jammed up. My 8710 printer never has jammed up. Also it can’t seem to get connected with the PC even though it sits next to it.

very difficult to connect to laptop or desktop. No auto feeding for scanning just too complicated with connecting

DO NOT BUY, stopped working after 1 use. Called tech support, talked to 4 people and then put me on hold for 30 minutes. I'd probably still be on hold if I didn't hang up!!! Printer is a piece of crap. Connection issues with the app. I threw out the box or I would be returning it!!! I'm done with HP!!! AGAIN, DO NOT BUY HP

Just awful, so hard to deal with and it’s so finicky with the settings. If you live in an apartment complex don’t buy this…

Won't be buying any printers that don't have a connect via usb after this garbage. The only printer the hp "smart" installation software detects is the HP 2700. Well this is the2755e. If the 2700 is an option, the directions should say that. I searched for 2755e and nothing. So I tried to install the 2700 software and it does nothing when you the continue button, or the enter key. What a joke and waste of my evening.

Printer seemed great out of the box and everything was going well, till it wasn’t. Would not finish the registration and setup. Kept saying network errors but tried all troubleshooting and still nothing. I gave up and returning.
