I still can't figure out how to scan and fax even after going online and reinstalling everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve worked with many printers in my life and I was so excited about this one since it was so affordable & everyone said it was so easy to use online. It’s actually the most difficult and frustrating printer I’ve ever used. I did everything correctly like instructed but there’s always an error and I always have to turn the printer off and back on for each paper I need printed. I wish I didn’t waste my money on this. I regret it.

A frustrating printer that is a nightmare to use. No more HP for me. It setup is endless hoops. Setup is too much for a simple printer. Will not even work with USB connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HP is a great company. My laptop is HP and my first one or two printers may have been HP. That being said, this current printer... I hate it. It's one of the hardest I've ever had to deal with. Every time my computer updates (which is frequently, for some reason), I have to reset the printer so it'll work. It was hard getting it to work in the first place. I have NEVER had that problem before. Ever! The more I have to deal with this HP printer, the more I miss my red Canon that was stolen. I'm sorry, but I really hate it. I just have it for when I need stuff printed. Frivolous printing is out of the question, unfortunately. I can't even print photos. I've tried.

I bought this printer two months ago to upgrade the old one and it is disappointing on how it performs.Very slow, glitches and hard to operate.
