I've had this printer awhile but have used it only twice, It seams to be good. I like the wireless part that is great.

Still not sure if I am setup.Help was no help.Plugged in,paper and ink installed,connected to WiFi and still do not know where I am at in setup.Friend stumbled on how to align cartriges,and figured that I was setup.working now,but man what an ordeal.Do not think I could do it again.But I am a dummy.

I have only had this a few days. I can't seem to keep the printer online. Once I unplug and plug back in, it prints nicely, but I shouldn't have to unplug it to print.

Recently purchased this printer for the home office and of course the kids school use now that everything has seemed to go online. Setup was pretty easy and simple. Although note that the "HP Smart App" must be downloaded onto devices in order to connect/pair the printer with said computer. I will say that downloading the same app allows you to print on this printer even from your phone and while you are out and about. Color is solid and the Instant Ink feature was also a snap to set up. Anyway... Can't say enough. Thank you HP for another great device.

I like the printer. It was easy to set up. I am having issues with the pictures printing, took a few tries on scanning. Still learning as I go. I think the picture part is my fault. I will figure it out.

Works great! Beautiful sleek design! I couldn't connect through WIFI to install the printer, so I needed to purchase a wire but that was probably my problem.

Very convenient. Now I don't have to leave home. Jt

would have been nice to have a basic manual to go with the printer. other than that after getting set up it works real well.

Haven't had the chance to do much with the printer yet. Just a couple documents. They looked great. Because of my age, had a little trouble getting the printer set up. But I'm sure I'll be satisfied with it. HP makes good printers. I have an old HP Photo Smart 1000 I've been using for about 15 years. How about that!?.
