[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just needed a basic printer, so I bought this over priced piece of garbage. Installation was a pain in the butt and it prints at about 3 minutes a page for just plain black-type (not photos or color). It’s 2021, a basic and easy to use printer should be inexpensive and easy to find. No excuse for this thing to have been such an ordeal and work so poorly.

It's not the greatest. I have to turn it off and back on for it to be able to be used each and every time for the wifi to connect (only to the printer) and it's literally right next to me. I can only do it from my phone also as it doesn't wish to work from my laptop

I purchased this model as the one I had purchased years ago was discontinued and this is the model offered as its replacement.I liked its ease of use and this is not the case with this model.Can't even make a simple copy from original.Very disappointed.

The printer is extremely slow! It is so slow that I'm thinking of plugging in my old printer (HP 4500 series) for normal (i.e. fast) printing. I guess I didn't read the fine print when I purchased the new one. Very disappointed overall.

Didn't realize that set up directions were going to be so difficult. I wish I could print on photo paper other than 8.5" X 11".

Hard to get "contact us" to do more than "chat"...

It is ok, set up is not easy and it keeps putting it in a file then you have to find the file to print. Not happy with the printer

It is a nice looking machine but for some reason it will not feed the paper right it wants to send it through sideways and mess up the print. I have tried different types of paper and get the same results any ideas would be appreciated.

Was disappointed in that it will only do double sided if you manually flip each page. Have not tried to print photos yet but I see no specific place for photo paper.. I’ll keep it a year and then get a better one. What does print is good quality.
