[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Printer arrived in less than perfect condition. The paper tray where new paper is to be inserted would not deploy. When it was forced into position the printer frequently refuses to print. When it does print (from email for example) it was very slow. Printing speed from the self contained scanner was normal. Much searching around apparently found a way to correct the slow print speed. Little or no setup information which came with the printer helped.

It is great furst color ink used then it just bleeds through to the other colors took 24 hours to set it up. Then it wont connect to my hp notebook to print anything . In my opinion it could be alot better product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer a couple of months ago. The pros- easy setup and perfect size for desk shelf; cons- page printing is very, very slow. It takes up to a minute or more to print one page; depending of course on how many lines/words you're printing a page. Definitely not recommended for business use or impatient users.
