This does not print 2-sided documents!!! Which is inefficient and costly (paper), for me this was a huge dealbreaker and I ended up returning it for another printer. Setup was easy and otherwise printed decently.

Pain in the rear to get operational. HPs products ease is use slipping.

Holds little paper. The directions to connect wirelessly are very incomplete/vague. HP support sucks. It took about 5 hours to finally get it.

the operation control buttons have no instructions , the printer works fine but the instructions aren't
No names left I can use
Bring back plug'n'play! Impossible to install and use!

It's ok for a low end printer. Set up ran into several problems. Tech help was hit and miss. Took several calls. Now it does basic printing fine.

I had so much trouble getting it connected to my WiFi. I was here for hours, I thought maybe it was my wifi connection. I returned it bought a different printer and it connected it minutes! I returned it the next day and my money for the warranty wasn’t refunded. Because I bought it online.

I purchased this printer a few days ago because it’s small and seems to be able to do job. I print very few pages per month, maybe 10-15 black and white. I’m trying to set it up and connect to WIFI. I have followed the instructions and downloaded the hp app for iPad. It’s forcing me to do a monthly or annual ink subscription! I s this mandatory or can I decide to buy the ink myself as needed? There’s no 800 number to talk to anyone and get help!

I had had a Cannon printer before and wish I had ordered one again, but I wanted to go cheaper. First of all the paper wouldn't go in and it's still an issue. I've finally printed some documents, but the color isn't right. On the positive side it does seem to be a little faster than my old one. Ive already invested in it, so guess I'll keep it, BUT DON'T RECOMEND IT.
