[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this little printer for 2 weeks now. It is simple to use, not like the last big 1 i had. Does a good job for people that have to print small jobs, and most importantly the 2 pack of ink is so inexpensive. I am very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP Deskjet 2755e printer's scan works fine but the printer, although it works, it very slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this printer since May 5, 2021 and I haven't used it that much. In part, because of the pandemic (Covid 19). So, here's my take as of now: So far the printer won't work without a cable cord after reading that it's supposed to print over WiFi. Luckily, I saved my cable from my last printer (HP DeskJet F4180. I loved that printer but it stopped grabbing the paper). Anyways, it feels good to have a newer printer by a company I believe in. I wish it came in the color Black but oh well. One nice thing that HP did was that they registered my product for me. I'd been under the weather and registration wason my "To Do" list. That was so kind of them. Thanks HP!

I want to love the printer, but it keeps having issues with going on and offline. Other than that, we do like it a lot.

When it prints it looks good. I had a hard time getting it to stay connected to the internet and spent over an hour getting it to work. Hung up and 1 hour later had same thing happen. Then figured out it will not print double sided, and I wanted that, so sending it back for another one.

This is my third HP printer. I had a heck of a time getting it set up and the ink cartrages were difficult. My envy was much easier to manage and I still have the ink from it. I am paying a monthly fee but don't have extra ink. It's pretty delicate plastic not sturdy and the paper flies all over out of the printer. I have always recommended HP to friends not this time.

Okay for the price. Should have opted for a different model. For two sided printing..it's back to old school with reloading the paper.

This printer is extremely slow. If you wait long enough it will finish.

Print quality is good and the speed is as expected. However, getting the printer to talk with my new Win 11 computer was another issue. Ultimately, I got a printer cable, not what I expected.
