Terrible start up definitely not a plug and play I connected everything they wanted then wanted to scan and noooo it says sorry some features not avaliable

I can never get it to connect. I spend about an hour just getting it to print 1 page. You have to go through a bunch of steps, including getting an hp smart account just to use the printer. Paper ALWAYS gets stuck, doesn't read it, or loads multiple pages at a time, so I have to keep reloading it. This printer is the worst one I've ever owned, just complete garbage. Throwing it in the garbage was very satisfying, though, so there's that.

This printer worked maybe 10x for me. It always has an error message!

Worst printer I’ve ever had. It never worked properly every time I needed to print I had to troubleshoot first. So annoying.

Rarely prints clearly. More trouble shooting pages get printed than actual pages.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE! I bought this printer in May 2023 and should have returned when I had to spend an hour on the phone with IT within a month. The printer was cutting off the bottom of my documents. It was fixed for a week and went back to doing the same thing and now it doesn’t even print in color if I use the “HP Smart Print!” This printer makes me want to hit it with a baseball bat every single day! For once I would like to be able to press the print button and go pick it up at the printer instead of needing to allow myself an hour to battle. My office is a war zone. Just do yourself a favor, buy a different printer!

Terrible printer, don’t waste your money.

Stopped working within 3 months of purchase. Wouldn't fully turn off or on, power button would just always blink. hard reset didn't even help. Threw it in the trash. Buy something else.

after 2 days with and without HP support help I was told this printer only works with windows 10 or 11. I can't return it because you have to put the ink cartridges in during the set-up. there is nothing in specifications noting this.
