I’ve had this printer for almost a year now. Very little use of it but anytime I did need it, there was a complication. Now I’ll need to replace it as the feeder isn’t properly pulling the paper. Seems like only one side is rolling to feed the paper in causing paper jams. I’ve tried to calibrate it but it’s no use. It could be a great printer but unfortunately not for our home.

It was delivered quickly, but the first few pages had streaks. Not Good for a brand new printer and cartridges.

Can't rate it because I couldn't get it to connect to my home Wi-Fi.

Keeps printing blank pages

Basic copy machine at best. Had a 7300 that was discontinued and this was the replacement suggested for it. No comparison. Can’t do double side, can’t see screen to decipher problem

I’ve owned this for exactly 1 year. I came here searching through my past orders to look at the warranty info. It lasted about 7 months before crapping out. It now constantly says there’s no paper, if it does print, it prints nearly blank despite having ink, and the WiFi rarely works.

This printer produces quality prints, but you have to use an app to print from devices and it keeps disconnecting. Every time it disconnects, It is very difficult to reconnect and start printing again. I have gotten stuck in the middle of printing projects countless times. I still keep my old printer around to rescue me.

This printer worked fine until I had to get a new router. It won’t contact. I followed all instructions provided and it does not work. So I had to pay a Ethernet cord. So ridiculous but I was warned not to buy this. Lesson learned.
