I ordered a large and is fit great but it I wanted to put more than two layers on it was getting tight. The heating works great and battery lasted all day long. I found myself turning only on low to take the edge off of the cold, and when moving around I turned if off. I like the extra height around the neck. kept the chill off. I do not like the super bright light on the button. luckily this was hidden under my over jacket and orange vest. So bight you can't even look at it. That needs to be fixed. Over all I like it and would tell others to get it. One other thing they need to change the battery cable to the vest to a USB one, so you could buy and bring a different battery if you want it, I could still bring a extra battery but I would have to daisy chain it to charge the one for the vest.

Works great. Battery only lasts about 4-6 hours used on Medium/High. Sizing can be tricky. I am 6'3" usually buy and XLT if there's an option. Using the charts my shoulders were 3X, waist a L, and chest 2X so I went with a 2XL and it fits a littl baggy at the waist maybe could have gotten away with XL. I'd say they run large. I used it in some cold NY outdoor weather fishing and in MI hunting in the snow and cold and would recommend it! You feel it most along the neck and shoulder blades but the pockets heated up a bit too which kept my hands and phone warm. Only negative is a bit expensive and battery is a little heavy in the pocket.

I measured carefully and added an inch to make sure a sweatshirt would fit under it. I was right in the middle of the chart for size. It would barely zip with only a t-shirt on. Very disappointed that I had to bother returning it when I was going by THEIR size chart and not just the size I usually wear. Luckily it's a long time until winter.

It’s very comfortably lightweight. I like that I don’t need to take a jacket to stay warm in the morning and then drag around in the afternoon when it gets a little warmer; with my vest heater on I stay warm in the morning, then in the afternoon the vest without heat is just enough. I like that the pockets and neck are heated. It would be nice if you could snap the collar down when not needed as it rubs my neck when it’s not zipped up. I bought a large and it fits comfortably.

This could be SUCH a good product but misses a couple places. The fit is generally "relaxed" fit, which for me makes it a little big. I'm 5'6" and 150 pounds and got the medium. It fits but it would have been better looking if they offered in a smaller size. The heating element is really excellent - exactly what I wanted. The vest is VERY light and comfortable, which I loved. It has a carrying case, which is a nice touch. There's simply no reason that Ororo needed to make the on/off switch light up on the chest (red = high ; white = medium ; blue = low). That was the deal-breaker for me. This is the BEST heated vest I could find and it's tech is actually GREAT! Ororo just needs to pay more attention to making this vest fit better (more fashionable and modern fit) and move the temp indicator. That way I could actually wear this out in a social setting. I want the fact that it's a heated vest to be subtle and look as good as normal vest - not blink like a beacon to the world...

I gave this to my husband for Christmas and he loves it. It seems to be good quality. Charged fast and heats up quickly. It is comfortable and not bulky. I read the reviews and was worried about it being too small so I ordered up a size, I should have stuck with his regular size. It truly runs true to size. That would have been ample. We are keeping the one I ordered as he will be wearing it over sweatshirts and you can still feel the heat fine.

So far this appears to be pretty warm.

The vest is pretty good overall. Materials feel premium. The heat is ample when worn under a normal jacket. The biggest issue is the smallest size, medium, is a bit large and boxy. I’m 170 lbs, 6’ with a 40” chest and wear medium jackets/shirts normally but the vest should be tight-fitting to get the benefit of the heater, or at least not boxy. Also it would be easier to wear under normal winter clothing if it was a slimmer cut. The other negative is the weight of the battery pack. It throws off the balance of the vest given the light-weight clothing material and the heavy battery. Oh, and the zipper is on the wrong side of a men’s jacket. It zips from the left, as in a woman’s jacket, not right. If they found a way to lighten up the battery and made a trimmer cut, or a size small, not that someone 6’ tall should be “small,” then it would be great.
