I wish I had read more into this before purchasing. It claims to charge through cases up to 5mm, however it on and off charging through my otterbox defender, which is well under 5mm. Then you have the issue of the micro usb...why do they even make these any more? Definitely sending it back. I have a cheapo costco 3 panel charger that chargers 2 phones faster, and more consistantly, then this one. Live and learn I guess.

I have four anker chargers plus this one. Only one in this model 313. Very slow to charge and difficult to sit in they stand correctly. Easy to setup but not easy to charge. Be patient.

I could never get this to charge either an I phone or a Motorola phone. It came in a box wit a cord and no instructions. I’m planning on returning it , maybe this particular one is faulty🤷🏻‍♀️

Poor quality product

No directions how to use this product or if need to remove plastic cover on base but finally figured it out
