I had this o little over a month now and it stopped working! I'm pissed because it was the best fast charger now I plug up set my phone in it and it turns green but won't charge..Do Not BUY find another brand. Wasted my hard earned money! I'm very disappointed works a little past deadline to return!! What is that truly about??!!

The item came without adopter so l was not be able to use it.

The performance of this item failed to meet expectations. The need to charge my phone quickly while at work is important, but when i set my phone to charge in and it gave me a standard charging time. No fast charge at all. I know because I plugged it into a seperate fast charging cord. The differances in estimated when times went from 1hr+ (with this) to 40min with another fast charging device.

Why is this sold without an adapter?

Used the cable it came with. No fast charging. Thought, well I'll try my usb-c to usb-c with plug to see if that would bump it up. The first pic is with my cable/plug pluged into it. 2nd pic is that same cable pluged right into my phone. Um, yeah. It's getting returned. It's a nice stand, didn't need to remove my case, yes, I tired it without the case and still over 3 hours but part of buying this was "fast charging" which it doesn't do. S23 Ultra. Could do without the light also. I mean you can see on the screen if it's charging or not. Don't need the bright light to know that.

Charges pretty fast although not quite as fast as a regular fast charger. The main issue is that the base is not level. If you try to use your phone while it is charging it wobbles. I have tried multiple surfaces, ensured the rubber feet are instact etc but it is still not level. Also, the charging cord is very short so I had to purchase a longer one just to be able to plug it in on my desk. Would not purchase again.

Loved this product, even recommending it to others. The problem is after 18 months of use it was difficult to set the phone in the right position to engage the charge and if I was able to it often would lose the connection. If the connection was made, after any extended length my phone would become extremely hot.

The description states its a fast charging device and it is not! It is not fast charging at all. A regular phone charger charges faster and if you buy the fast speed charger for Apple it charges your phone in minutes.I am returning this product and unfortunately not able to give it a thumbs up. I left my phone to charge all night and it still was not 100% charged.

I have another charger for my phone and watch. I can charge the phone with its cover on. This one is annoying as I have to take my cover off…still looking for my other one but don’t see it anymore.

Had high hopes for this charger. I love all Anker products but wasn't happy with this charger. Will not charge with Anker case on. (iPhone 15 Pro Max). Also isn't a fast charge at all.
