I bought this charger and place it on my nightstand. It charges well, but I rolled over in bed and found the light from the charger was so bright. I moved it to my office.

It says it's fast charging but it definitely isn't!! What would normally take a hour to fully charge, not takes 4 hours to fully charge. Was very disappointed about that part. Otherwise, nice for the nightstand and nice to travel with.

I was very disappointed with this charger. I ordered it based on ratings but it takes forever to charge and has a very short cord. Also, the phone and charger heat when using it. Would not purchase again.

Its NOT a charger but a STAND. Works great with supplied USB cable. BUT what use is it if there is NO USB hookup at a hotel where I'm going to??????? It don't have its own power unless the one supplied by the USB cable, so its JUST a stand.

After pugging the charger into service, I tried to charge the phone. I put the phone on the charger in the vertical position. All that happened was the blue light bilked. I put it in the horizonal position and the light went to green. Everything that I saw in the video didn't happen. But it does charge my phone that way only. I have a I phone 15.

I love the slim fit of the product, but it is not a fast charger. I charged my phone over 3 hours today and it only went up on charging by 17%.

Wish charging time for phone was faster

I bought this because my phone fell inside water so the only way to charge it was wireless. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, it wasn't charging it as fast but it does charges my Note 9 fast so I don't know what to make of it.

This just came today and I was not getting it to charge. Finally removed the case and it's working. Am I right that the ring/kickstand is preventing it? I did read about a metal plate but wasn't sure if that's the same thing. It's a new phone and I really want to use this case, so now I don't know what to do! Appreciate your input. Couldn't find a way to contact seller.

I purchased this charger because I got a new thicker phone case. Unlike the yootech brand (which was a good charger), this one was able to charge phones with thicker cases. Unfnfortunately, the phone and the charger heat up and sometimes the phone needs to pause to cool down before continuing to charge. also, it has this really annoying blue light, so if I’m charging next to my bed, there is an LED light on the whole time. I just put a little piece of black tape over it. so I’m 50-50 satisfaction on this charger.
