This umbrella was easy to install and the sun protection is so much better compared to a 9 ft. Umbrella. We choose to weight it down with water but will be changing it to sand next spring. If you have a lot of wind like we have on the lake, you will need extra weight. It’s easy to adjust and the swivel function is very cool. As the seasons change it’s nice to be able to adjust the umbrella to where it’s needed without a fist fight. The only thing we don’t care for is the pins that hold the bottom weights together. There are four square weights (not shown in my picture). The pins hold the weights together and they seem to be to short and slip out of the holes on the base to easy. This is why I didn’t give this product a five star for all categories.

This umbrella is very sturdy, we bolted ours to our deck and have had no problems at all. I do put it down in heavy winds though. I love the looks of it and how it covers a huge area of my deck with shade. I also love that I can put it up and down very easily. I am 5'1" and use a little stool but probably wouldn't have to. The company is fantastic to deal with also. Mine came with the very top plastic cap cracked and they were very responsive in sending me a new one. I am very happy with my purchase but I do wish, for the price you pay, that a cover was included. I did buy one separately because it has to sit outside all winter in Minnesota.

The media could not be loaded. Work as intended. The umbrella is huge that really shae a pretty good area. Heavy but not hard to move from different places where it needed, but since we usually move it so can't screw the feet on the ground but instead we put some heavy blocks for safety because without putting heavy weight at the feet the whole umbrella will fall down in just one big blow which is mostly the problem with all kind of umbrella. The body is sturdy and nicely built. Instruction material is ok and can easily follow. The fabric is thick with nice color, hopefully it pass the heat here in florida for more years that is why even a little pricey i still choose this. Handle for adjusting the angle is easy to grip and nice.

First of all I was looking for a brown umbrella, not tan, or beige but brown. This was the only company that made brown available. To my surprise the umbrella arrived early and the delivery was seamless. The umbrella however is quite a serious piece of equipment. I am an above average DIYer and assembling this unit was a piece of cake and therefore a delight. I got it up and running in less than 10 minutes. The operation is a breeze and the rotation feature was a bonus. After an exhaustive search I settled on this one and our patio is now complete! You cannot afford to pass this up because the price is beyond reasonable.

I got this patio umbrella in February to retire my 10FT beige colored one. I didn’t use it till yesterday when I needed to repot some plants outside of my house. It was a pretty good experience to do some potting job under it on my backyard patio. This 11FT offset cantilever umbrella is easy to install and operate. It provides a large shaded area, and allows me to stay cool in my backyard. I like the two-handle design (the upper handle opens and closes the umbrella; the lower one does 360-degree rotation. Compared to my old 10FT umbrella, the canopy of the new one can be easily changed with just one hand. The canopy is waterproof and UV resistant. The cross-metal base can be further secured. I bought four pieces of 16’’x16’’concrete step stone from Home Depot and they fit nicely into the cross-base of the umbrella. I’m very happy with the umbrella and strongly recommend it.

Six screws to assemble, Easy to do. Movement of arm is easy, and rotation is added benefit. Would buy again.

First, this was very easy to assemble (6 bolts!), and can literally be done in a few minutes. The frame is thick and well made. The canopy cover is also better than any others I have previously had, and is thick and seems very durable. I bought the weighted base from the same manufacturer, and although expensive, it matches color perfectly, and seems very secure only filled with water. As a side note, the directions were also easy to understand, and printed nicely without any typos typical of some cheaper knock-off brands. I am very happy with this purchase.

I never thought I'd ever hear my husband say, "That went together so easily. No problems at all." He couldn't believe it either. It seems like there's always some glitch with anything that needs assembly. We are very pleased with the umbrella. The fabric is thicker than our other umbrella and the frame seems heavier and sturdier. It's so easy to rotate that even I can do it. I should say that both my husband and I are in our mid 70's. Definite recommendation!

I am truly impressed with the great engineering and thought that was applied to the manufacture of this umbrella. Totally different in quality from others. Smooth working and made out of heavy duty aluminum. Believe the company information guide. It is everything they say it is. I am grateful that I looked at every other umbrella out there which enabled me to make one of the best decisions I have ever made. Love the color warranty and manufacturer warranty also. You must buy this if you are looking for a headache free product

I was hesitant because this was a bit pricey. It ended up being a great purchase. We've owned it for about four months now, and it is as solid as new and no fading or uv damage to the fabric, which is very thick. For full disclosure: after reading some of the comments about separately sold weights not being stable enough, I decided to attach it to a concrete slab with wedging anchors. I recommend that or bolting to a deck over buying weights.
