Easy to assemble and use!

Arrived timely and looks sturdy. Will see how it weathers this summer, but am hopeful.

Had to contact customer service with a lot of questions before purchasing, used both email and chat options, and they were always responding within a very short time in not immediately. Answered ever question I had and was extremely helpful. Purchased their 10 foot square 2 tier umbrella along with their recommended base and could not be more impressed or happier. Would not hesitate to recommend or purchase both again, but judging from the quality of the umbrella I don’t see it being replaced anytime soon. Extremely easy to assemble and was able to do it alone. Filled the base with water only so it will be easy to disassemble and store away in the winter.

This is beautiful, functional, and huge! We love the ability to easily rotate and tilt to protect us from the sun all day. Great value compared to products 2-3 times the price. We love the vented too on our model to make it okay to use in mild wind. We’ve only had a week, but love it so far. If anything changes, we’ll update.

Exactly what we were looking for. Provides the right amount of shade and cooling from the hot desert sun.

This umbrella is truly the BEST umbrella we have ever had. It opens so easily that even my 85 year old mother can open it. Adjusting it to tilt at various angles to block the sun is perfect and so simple to do. Love the color and quality is amazing. We purchased the 11 foot, 2 tier. Highly recommend!!

Had my hubby order this for our patio and it's BIG! It seems to be well made and sturdy. It's definitely not flimsy looking. Covers our area nicely. It's been windy here, but it doesn't seem to swing out of control like another we had years ago that broke within 2 weeks of purchasing. Thats why I was hesitant to buy another cantilever type umbrella. It's a steep price, but worth it. So far we're enjoying it. Now I just need some lights for it and we'll be set.

I found this umbrella to be an incredible value. The pictures do not do this umbrella justice. When it arrived it was incredibly easy to put together and matched our patio furniture wonderfully. The adjustable slider works perfectly and allows finite adjustments to the angle of the umbrella. Very easy to use and operate. The base will arrive at a later date, but for now we are using weighted bags to hold it in place. 11ft is perfect. Love this umbrella. Thank you Bluu.
