Norman and customer service was absolutely amazing. We had a little wind come up around the area damage was caused to the umbrella he put one in the mail immediately. I love how the umbrella covers a very large surface. I would definitely recommend this company and their product! You will love it!

This is MUCH heavier and more stable that one I had ordered and returned prior to getting this one. I literally just set it up with 18 mph winds and its very stable and has no problem staying where I put it. I couldn't be happier with this umbrella!! I'm really considering a second one for the opposite side of my pool area.

Bought this as a replacement to one I recently bought at Home Depot (didn't last 2 weeks). My old one wasn't tiered and the wind tore it up pretty quickly. I don't have a problem with this one, since the wind can go right through. We used pavers for the bottom and it worked out great. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a HIGH QUALITY large umbrella, I'm sure glad I didn't.
