Satisfactory product for price. The window exhaust frame was too long 26". I had to use a shorter one from my old air conditioner 22". I also had to put the hose from my old air c into new one so it would fit through the window. Duct tape yep! Should make a smaller window adapter. Have two sizes for customers.

The low humming noise is ANNOYING. If you have sensory issues don't buy this one. Just want to find what the noise is and make it stop. Been using the fan. I'm not sure how to dump the tank yet but need to read the book again.

I like that it quickly cooled down my bedroom, easy to install, and use is simple. I dislike that the window parts extra piece to cover opening can't go any smaller. Without it its too small so I have a small opening at least an inch wide that nothing is covering it from blocking the heat from coming into my room, the extra piece to cover they provide is too large so I can't use it.The other thing I dislike is the noise it makes at times like it getting in gear, its like a knock it will make all of a sudden.

The media could not be loaded. The noise level is much higher than expected. You can judge it by watch the video that I uploaded. I don't recommend anyone to buy it.

It works when needed. It is loud but keeps it cool where it is directed. It must be pointing in direction you want cooled. Does the trick on super hot day or night. Only thing I don’t love is how loud it is and if I am on the phone in same room it is running I have to turn it off to speak on phone. For the price it is probably as good as you can get

My bedroom used to feel like the pit in the depths of hades during the summer time. I would suffer so bad. So glad I ordered this portable a/c unit. Easy install, although I wish the directions were a bit clearer in regards to the window mount for the hose. Instructions stated that it’s a universal fit for most windows but definitely didn’t fit my standard size window. Turned this bad boy on and it cooled my room down within 30 mins. Had some of the best sleep in my bed in weeks. Only issue I have is I don’t quite get the “sleep mode” on the unit. Directions aren’t clear for that either so I’ll have to google. All in all I’m one happy camper and definitely recommend the unit, worth the money!

I have used their prouducts for 5+ years and they work amazing, only recently was there an issue with a portable 3 in 1 AC unit. The product arrived defective, ment to be a replacment for the last one that died after 4 years of continuous use. It turned on it ran and functions gave me no error codes but after 10 minutes of use stopped blowing cold completely. They were very professional and helpful in trying to find a solution that benefited both myself and them. I highly recommend their products because if any issues are found they will do everything in their power to help you resolve it. I do recommend the insurance offered by Amazon regarding the portable ACs.

I only gave it 4 stars because it soaked up my floor when trying to empty it. The water starter coming out of a random spot on the left side of the AC unit. I hadn’t even unplugged the the drain plug yet before water starter flooding my floor. Which is a huge issue for me. I also do not think it’s realistic to put the plug at the button because I have to lift it to drain it into a bucket and this thing isn’t light.

I am using the Costway 10,000 BTU portable a/c in a 6×8 shed (that has been converted into a grow room) to combat the heat coming from an array of grow lights. I can attest that this unit cools 48 sqft with ease. My only complaint is that the fan never shuts off, even when the unit is not actively trying to cool the room. The compressor shuts on and off via thermostat, but the fan runs constantly regardless of temperature. The reason this is a problem for me is that I have to manually turn it off every night so that it doesn't make the room colder than is necessary.

Strong wind .Not bad. but not for my bed room the fan is too noisy for bed room . The service is good. They let me return it .
