The hose doesn't connect properly to the part where it lets out air. So you have to fix it every two minutes. It's really frustrating and I'm only using it cause it's hot and they don't accept returns. When the hose doesn't connect, it lets all the hot air back into the room. So don't buy this. Update: i managed to secure the hose in but it's still a bit of a struggle. Cools the room nicely though

Yes, it is cooling and works. BUT the water fills up in 30 min and then the AC shuts down and you have to drain it. Annoying. If you try to unplug the cork, water just leaks all over. It should at least come with a hose

Purchased 2 of these a couple of months ago. Went for the cheapest options in a pinch. Firstly, the exhaust hose has to be set at certain angles, so it ends up taking up quite a bit of floor space, it is NOT quite, I had to stuff insulation around the window pieces to keep the heat from the exhaust coming back in. Very disappointed.

I bought this thinking that it would cool at least 2 rooms due to the btu. Only cools 1 room. Not worth the price, could've bought 2 window units and came out cheaper.

Works as I expected. The only drawback is the condensation drain. The unit has to be rolled outside to be drained. I have another unit that has a drain built into the unit that can be drained into a bucket without moving it to be drained. Other than that it works as expected.

Love everything except the exhaust fan. I have done everything to clip the hose in besides gluing it in. My son is in a third floor with sliding windows. I bought this to reduce the heat. It does cool great but the hose gets detached at least once a week. Pain to take apart and put back together weekly.

I love how it cools down my room, but it is very noisy. Update to now, it does not work, it stopped working even before one year of purchase. Save your money and buy something that is worth it. DO NOT BUY IT.

Unit itself works well. Cools nicely. But, the hose attachments are very poorly constructed. Both female and female parts connecting the hose to the unit are fractured and do not connect without a lot of work After several weeks they simply do not fit at all
