Not what I expected

The heater makes humming noise n is disturbing.

The product itself wasn't bad, just too small for my needs. Getting refunded however is been a nightmare. I closed the bank account the purchase was made from, still trying to convince the vendor to apply Amazon credit instead. It's been a nightmareEdit: it’s been a month they have the article and I have no money, not even as Amazon credit, they also changed for the return. Worst vendor ever.

Heater arrived damaged. Reached out and was told this is non refundable. Have a screen shot showing can is refundable within 30 days of purchase. I wouldn't purchase unless I'm able to return/refund. I need a product that's not damaged and will fit back into my stand.

Don’t do it! It’s a ploy! To send back you will be charged $65.00! I sold the miserable thing to someone who can fix it! Good grief!!

I hate giving it a 1 it doesn’t deserve it. Purchased this a month ago and have barely had to use it but now that I need heat I can’t run it for more than 40 minutes without getting a E3 error, nothing is blocking the unit and should not be overheating. I’m out $170 and had to buy another unit. Don’t waste your money, very poor quality!!!!!

Piece of poop! Total crap, rattles like a gangsters Pento. Constant errors and it's past its return time.

Had the unit less than a month and the heat stopped working!! Very disappointed.

The heater kept kicking the unit off . Sending it back.

I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing. Seems this has happened to a couple of people. E3 error code come on and unit will not function. Used one time, worked perfectly. Less than 24 hours later turned on and had error code and would not work without resetting unit. Reset couple of times but never worked again. Properly installed, adequate ventilation.
