It doesn’t clear out blackheads like they said it as described.

Don't understand how it's a 5 star product, it's weak and the only thing I like about this device is the mist function. All 3 levels of the suction is very familiar in strength and it doesn't do anything on my face.

I'll start with the positives: the misting feature is nice, and the abrasion tip does exfoliate very well. If the product was half the price, it might be worth it for these features alone. However, the suction function is almost completely useless. I steamed my face after washing to open pores, but the device did nothing to remove blackheads. Changing the tips, changing the suction setting- nothing. I even manually partially extracted some blackheads and passed over those, and it was shocking to see it unable to remove these too. For the price, it's just not worth it.

Impossible to properly clean, purchased a little over a year ago and threw it out because it smelled moldy. Good battery life.

Doesn’t extract anything, suction is weak. Far too expensive for microdermabrasion tip.

I dislike that the device was not charging after the first time. Not easy to use

Used it twice. The third time, the plastic piece that holds the O-ring on started crumbling, and now it doesn’t have any suction.

I bought this product hoping that I would love it just as much as other people who have given it a five star review, however, I am disappointed. This is the second skin science product that I have purchased, the other one was the SIMA sonic dermaplaning device, both batteries have died after about 2 to 3 minutes of use. I charged the battery to full capacity as soon as I pulled it out of the box, didn’t over charge or under charge and it still died almost immediately. I will be returning this and I’m really sad about it. The product had great suction and felt like it would have worked well had it not died almost instantly. I’ll also be calling their customer service because I want them to be aware of this.
