Good suction but the mist didn’t work. Overall did not work for me.

I bought this product hoping that I would love it just as much as other people who have given it a five star review, however, I am disappointed. This is the second skin science product that I have purchased, the other one was the SIMA sonic dermaplaning device, both batteries have died after about 2 to 3 minutes of use. I charged the battery to full capacity as soon as I pulled it out of the box, didn’t over charge or under charge and it still died almost immediately. I will be returning this and I’m really sad about it. The product had great suction and felt like it would have worked well had it not died almost instantly. I’ll also be calling their customer service because I want them to be aware of this.

I bought this item because I got great feedback from a friend who uses it and said it was strong and had good suction. But mine didn’t. I was able to put it on level 5 no problem and nothing was coming out of my skin anywhere, no matter what different head attachment I put on. So not sure if I got one that was broken and not working properly. But I returned it.

Can't say if this is any good. Did not have any instructions or this quick start guide in the box.

I received the Mio. However, when I attempt to charge it, the cord doesn't fit tight enough to charge the unit. It seems like the charge port is defective. I haven't used it yet.. Disappointed.

I didn’t love this product, it got some oil and a tiny tinyyyy bit of gunk out. Barely any though. I had a lot better expectations for this! Super sad it didn’t suck out my blackheads like I thought it would :(

The suction/vacuum doesn’t really do anything for your skin. It pulls nothing out. The abrasion part I could tell was doing something to my skin, not sure if it was something beneficial or not. Anyway, I’d say it’s a waste of money.

Worked well until it would not turn on after 3 months out of the box… target needs to scout the beauty electronics they carry before investing in a brand that will break on their customers.

Not worth it. It did slightly suck out some pores (I think), but it’s not worth it. I tried the microdermabrasion and the pore sucking tool and I don’t think either is worth the money. I returned.
