Don’t buy this at all. I got one and it won’t even turn on…. Charged for 12 hours like instructed and still nothing

I never review things, but I just opened my Bella and it's dirty as if it was previously used. I included a picture of the back, there are two black dots on the device, and they were covered in some kind of green substance?? The attachments also looked scratched. The inside looks like it had some mold in it from water being in it previously, I'm immediately returning this and now I'm scared to get another one. This really grossed me out since it’s something I was going to clean my face with. Make sure you check yours if you get one!

I bought this yesterday, and it was covered in a brown substance in a lot of the attachments, along with the diamond attached it looked like it has been used. It was also all scratched up. Why don’t people check things when they’ve previously been purchased and returned, before placing it back on the shelf. That’s disgusting, especially since it’s used on your face. I don’t even want to waste my time buying another one.

The suction is horrible. But if you go by the reviews given "it's great". There's no strength to this machine. Fully charged as recommended, yet it sounds as if it's about to die.

It doesn’t clean out your pores like it claims and barely removes dry/dead skin.

Second one I’ve had in a week. Won’t hold charge or work.

Worked fine the first time I used it after charging for a full 12 hours. Well then it died and I charged it again for a full 12 hours and now it doesn’t have any suction at all! Reached out to customer service and received one response back and haven’t heard from them since.

It won’t turn on. I trouble shooter with instructions. Blue light stays on and machine doesn’t turn on. Returning today.

I didn't even have high expectations for this tool but gave it a shot anyway. Don't make the same mistake. The suction is half as strong as my old one, it takes 12 hours to charge for up to 1 hour of use, and lastly, by far the biggest disappointment is that the dermabrasion attachment doesn't rotate or move at all. If you want to know what this product feels like, imagine rubbing a plastic straw with a metal sandpapery edge up and down your face while someone else sucks in air from the other end.

I received the MIO two days ago and have it in charge but it will not turn on. The battery life shows good but there is no power level indicator light or activation light showing on the tool.
