Worked fantastic, but battery but stopped charging after 2nd charge.

I knew there would be some pain because it was sucking gunk out of my pores, but it hurt more than I expected. I have sensitive skin so I wasn't surprised when I made my face turned bright red but ex back to the similar to happen to anyone who has sensitive skin or a bit of rosacea. Overall I feel like the product works OK, it definitely sucked some stuff out of my pores. I guess it just depends on how much pain you're willing to go through.

I just couldn't give it 5 stars because I wasn't blown away but it got my face pretty clean and I guess my pores are clearer. I don't know if its realy antimicrobial or anything, that could just be what they say. What does that mean anyway? Would have been nice if the rest of the charger cord came with it.

I felt that the diamond tip is a bit scratchy. I know it's supposed to exfoliate but I still didn't like the feel. I only use the really small opening tip and that gets the pimples and dirt out. Not sure why you would want or need the other tips.

I ordered the mio a few weeks ago and have only used it once so far. I was hoping for more noticeable results (i.e. pore extractions) but did not see any so far. I will definitely try again this week. Not sure if it's the best product for me.

I haven't really seen any improvements and it can be a bit painful even on the lowest settings. may i return??
