Haven’t even had it 3 months and it stopped working. No suction and barely turns on after fully charged. I used it a total of 5 times. Luckily I’m still inside the return window so I’ll definitely be returning.

I followed the directions to a T. The microdermabrasion tool gave me a severe poison ivy like rash. It's been 3 days and still has not gone away.

I've been using this for a month. I thought I might be using it wrong so I watched ever tutorial video on You Tube. No difference in my skin. Other products work much better.

It felt my face with a bunch of marks. Now, I need to return the product. I will never use it again.

It’s not bad it’s just that The suction is not strong enough For me and also it doesn’t feel stturdy and well made, looks more of a cheap device. I have a better one but bought this for the wet option wich I didn’t like because the sprinkler is way to low and then it doesn’t make your face wet on the part that you are actually exfoaliting. Used once And I didn’t not like that the water is not sincronizar with the diamond tip. I’m returning.

Honestly not really sure what it’s really supposed to do because it’s not making any difference. I’ve re read the directions and stuff multiple times. But I do like the mist setting

I just bought the mint green one at the store. I've charged it up but it does not power on at all. Doesn't do nothing and there are no lights blinking or flashing or anything! I really disappointed cuz I really wanted to try this tonight :(

Product really didn’t work

Sorry I have nothing good to say because this machine did absolutely nothing for my skin. I used it about 6 times. There was never one shred of anything in the filter or the suction tips. As far as I could tell -it just sucked your skin into the nozzle, but nothing came out. If I had the cleanest pores in the world -I would have not bought it. Save yourself money and just buy some facial scrub. I truly don't know how anyone has removed anything with this device. Plus it has very lightweight useless" filters" and the rubber tip popped off and fell down the drain after the first use.

Do not buy! I used this one time and followed the instructions word for word including the warning and used on the lowest setting. It has left me with red splotches of broken cappilleries on my cheek, chine and nose. I am horrified as the only way to correct appears to be a laser treatment from my dermatologist. I wish someone would have warned me!
