This does not work!does not get any oil or dirt instead it bruises my face

I love spa sciences' products ---- but this one does not do it for me. It could be user error, but it only bruises my skin and I don't feel it does anything to clean or reduce my pores. I hate that I've wasted money on this. I have had something similar in the past and it also didnt do the job, but I thought maybe technology had improved since then. Nope. Sadly no. I really wanted to like it, but I do not recommend.

Doesn't Turn on Or anything! I just bought the white and black one at kohls on Sunday . I've charged it up and it will not power on at all. Doesn't do nothing and there are no lights blinking or flashing or anything. It does indicate charging when plugged up but it will not work. I really disappointed because I was ready to try it Sunday evening and every evening since getting it.

This is so disgusting. I opened my box and take out the device. There’s skin in the tip, the handle felt greasy like someone had held it wearing lotion, the thing has a swish sound. I shake it and there’s liquid inside! I click it on to make sure and there’s a full freaking charge on this thing. It was USED before being lit back on the shelf. Not happy at all.

Didn’t work for me at all

I was blown away after using this at how soft my skin was. Clogged pores, combo skin, white heads are the main issues of my skin. This device was phenomenal for the first couple months that I had it. I didn't use it regularly, so I really only did about 5 complete treatments. I charged it one day comepletly after having not used it for a couple wks, went to use it I believe the following morning, it wouldn't turn on. Figured it hadn't charged or something, so I tried plugging it in again however the screen wouldn't light up for me and I have not been able to get it to turn on or charge since.. very disappointed as I was skeptical of the product to begin with, worried it would damage my skin qnd make it worse (with proper use, It didnt). There is a disclaimer in the manual that this can happen if not charged properly, either fully or not waiting til the battery is drained before charging, and I followed everything to a T so I'm very disappointed. Not sure if I maybe relieved one with a bad battery, or if this is a common issue. Note: make sure you sign up for the warranty just in case so they can fix things for you if you have the same issue!

The suction does not take anything from the pores.
