I love this shower head! We have a serenity shower which is two shower heads and a larger walk-in part for the shower. It’s covered with tile. I got this with the extra detachable handle because it’s super hard to clean my bathroom walls since the tile goes up pretty high. The detachable shower head makes it so easy! got this to replace the 'standard' (low flow) apartment showerhead. First, it was very easy to install. I would recommend using some pipe tape (depending on how old the connections are for you), and possibly pliers, but this was simple enough to hand tighten. Once installed, operation is also very simple, and it works very well. The water pressure is much better than the previous head, even when you turn on both showerheads. Switching between the two is also easily done with the valve on the side of the big showerhead. Even though all this looks like chrome, it is primarily plastic. I love my double shower head. Thanks to this thing I now have relief of shoulder pain. I can clean every lasy inch of my body as well as the pets and the kids. I am very pleased with this dual shower head! I like that there are so many options for how you want the water to come out and that it has a good amount of water pressure too. One thing I love is that it's really easy to switch back and forth between the different water flow options (my old one was very difficult).
