I received this item to test. There are several features I like and some I don't. I do like the two head design, especially the larger, rainfall head. It has a larger spray area than most hand held sprays. I also like the variety of sprays and the fact that even though it is a water saver, it feels powerful and does a good job of rinsing soap off. The hand held sprayer also has similar spray settings and feels powerful. The one negative that stands out to me is the so called water saver trickle. In my previous waterpik shower heads, this feature really brought flow way down. On this model, I feel that there is still too much water spraying out of the heads (on both heads). It is NOT a trickle as it shows on the package. This may not bother some people, however living in an area plagued by drought, we really do try to cut off the flow while sudsing up. This shower head was so easy to install. They put little baggies over the ends of the hose so the washers don’t get lost. I only gave this product 4 stars cause I wished both heads where a little bigger. The setting are powerful. I would like the hose to be another foot longer. This is a great product! I really enjoy it! The 2-in-1 feature is great! Being able to use both shower heads at the same time was a pleasant surprise! I prefer the shower wand over the rainfall as it offers the most water pressure. Downsides are when using both showerheads it takes away from the overall water pressure. Also, this is not the showerheads fault but the 1.8 GPM (Gallons Per Minute) ruling from 2018. Since I really enjoy strong spray strength this shower head doesn't do it for me. I can’t believe we went so long without a dual shower head. My husband had this installed literally within seconds. The pressure is great and we haven’t had any leaks. The water on the handheld unit comes out much hotter then the attached unit, unsure of why though. The settings are great, with a lot of options!

Works as intended. Made of a lightweight plastic type of material. The item does have a lifetime warranty though.

This is my first two-in-one shower head and I really like it. Replaced old one in a minutes. Operation is simple, and water pressure is good. I just tried out this product and the initial appearance in the box was fantastic. it looked stunning, after trying it I definitely found that I loved it. although it isn’t actually stainless steal which was a little disappointing it still worked fantastic. I love the different pressures that are offered and the handle option. I definitely think it’s worth trying if you want a high quality affordable shower head with easy installment.
