I was so happy when I found out I was receiving this shower head combo for free to test out in exchange for a review. As someone who suffers from fibromyalgia, the possibility of getting a massage every time I shower made me so excited. Unfortunately, I do not feel as though this product lived up to it’s promise. With the exception of one setting, the water pressure felt weaker than my older less expensive shower head regardless of whether I set it to come out of the stationary shower head or the handheld one. This problem became worse when switched to the mode where both shower heads were used simultaneously. The one setting that did have strong pressure just didn’t feel satisfying. If I would have purchased this, I would have returned it to the store. Very disappointed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love the shower head but broke in 10 months. Bought it July 2020 and now May 2021 I’m out looking for a shower head because it simply popped off the socket

Cheap plastic, ok for price but for a few more bucks you can get a much better & longer lasting showerhead

There is a terrible plastic/ chemical smell from my new Water Pik power pulse 2 in 1 shower head. Is there anything I can do to make it go away, it is giving me a headache?

The pause/trickle setting didn’t work. Significant amount of water was still coming out unlike my old shower head. I ended up returning it.
