I totally like the showerhead, all the sprays, and the look. But it has two flaws. The adjustments for the different sprays are opposite on the hand held unit versus the fixed head. I would think rotating the head from one spray to another should be the same direction on both heads. Humans are creatures of habit and operation should be the same direction on both heads. Also, the hose feeding the handheld head will not relax and hang down. It is plastic and has a memory from its coiled position in the packaging. I hoped it would relax after having warm shower water run through it but it has not. The curves in the hose left over from the coiled packaging cause the hose to project into the shower area rather than hang down close to the shower wall. It is a nice shower head but just doesn't quite measure up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This review is geared towards seniors. This was purchased for me as a gift and installed for me the same way. In order to change speeds and settings, you have to turn a little knob that sticks out and if I do it with one hand it turns the whole shower head so I have to hold it with the other hand in order to be able to change it. That throws me sort of off-balance because it’s high up and I have to be careful of falling. Therefore, I never change it any longer. I did not even need the second head but it drips constantly during my shower no matter what I do, therefore the water pressure in the main one is not as strong.

This shower head looks very nice in my shower and is easy to manipulate. The different settings make this for a convenient shower experience. However, the reason I give 3 stars is because you cannot use both at once with the full pressure as using one shower head. Overall this is a nice shower head for the money and will last.

Love this shower head it is amazing the dual shower head is something ive never tried before however the hose for the handheld is too short to actually be used far and kinda stiff hopefully it softens over tim [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shower head has the right idea behind it. I love that fact that there is a handheld attachment. Great for dog washing and for kids beginning to take showers. A few downfalls include the main shower head moves and tilts around when using the handheld. It doesn’t stay in place and you have to constantly readjust. Also, the hose for the handheld is a little stiff so it’s not really easy to maneuver around.
