I eagerly awaited the arrival of my new mop. I was ready to do all of my floors. I unwrapped my new mop and was excited to get to work. I filled the reservoir with water and was ready to go. Imagine my disappointment when no steam came out of the mop. I pushed buttons to no avail. Now i'm stuck with a 40.00 piece of plastic as it will be too costly to mail it back to the company.

First time we tried to use it, it did not steam at all. Completely worthless. Don't waste your money. I should have checked Amazon reviews, other people experienced same! Would have given no stars if I could have.

When i was unpacking, I noticed a broken piece of plastic. The plastic border around the base was broken. If it broke in a box, would it break if I bumped into a wall? It looked like a was sent a product that was broken and put in the box as if I would not notice.

Produces very little steam My clothes steamer produces more steam I wish would have worked as I love the smaller compact design

Cheap made .Doesn't clean effectively.

Received steam cleaner. Put it together but product doesn't work properly. Heats up, but doesn't spray any steam. Also shuts off rapidly. Would not purchase again.
