The Cleanico 360 arrived quickly and was well packaged. I was excited to receive this steam mop since the grout in our home has gotten dirty and I’ve been looking for a tool that would make it easier to clean. Unfortunately this mop will not work to clean the tiled grout I have in my home since the grout cleaning attachment is not as secure to the mop for the square footage I need to clean. I am very concerned it would not hold up for even one room and would break. I am planning to return it. I think the steam mop (pad) attachment looks sturdy enough to clean tile floors, however I need a tool to clean the grout.

For a first time steam mop, good experience. Havent tried all featurs yet. So far satified with the price, and Tanga.

It’s light weight, easy to use and heats up fast. A full water tank last about 20 minutes It isn’t very sturdy only had mine for a day and the plastic around the steam head spindle cracked. I would have liked the cord to be a bit longer.

For the money, it’s a decent steam cleaner. The cleaning surface is pretty small & the cleaning pad is thin & not very good material, though.

It’s an ok floor steamer. Plenty of attachments, handheld option, but it’s not a powerful steamer.

La compré hace 2 meses. Funciona muy bien, cumple con lo que se ofreció. El problema es que el mango del mop se rompió y ahora no puedo usarlo como mop, hay algo que se pueda hacer

This item is cheaply made. Not worth the price. It doesn’t work as well as I would like. You really have to press down to get the floor clean. The cord is not long enough. I have to unplug and plug in 3 different outlets to clean my family room & kitchen area. Very dissatisfied!

I wanted so badly to fall in love with this but like most stuff I’ve ordered I was very underwhelmed and irritated. For one the main body steam button on the back does nothing. Doesn’t click. Doesn’t change the steam.Nothing. This bothered me but whatever right. at least the steam is working Sucks I can’t have it plugged in and ready to go when I need,instead it heats up and sits there and steams until I’m ready. Secondly it’s made of cheap ass plastic. It makes a cracking sound when I push around the house. I feel like I’m gunna break it, can’t put too much pressure on it to try to get a tough spot. The cord is pretty short but again, whatever. Hopefully I get get my 60 bucks worth before this thing breaks on me. 🤞🏻🙄
