Only used it once, seems to work fine.

Small & lightweight Heats up fast and produces enough steam to clean but not soak.

It would be great if it had a locking on or off mechanism. Not crazy about having to stop and wait if I release my grip on the two triggers.

Just received the product and used throughout my house as I have all vinyl and hardwood floors. Steam mop was very effective in getting deeper spots up without too much scrubbing. I loved how quickly it warmed up and was ready. Longer cord is helpful for cleaning a larger area without switching outlets. Easy fill-up on the water tank. Great, affordable price.

I used it once in luxury vinyl and maple flooring. Heats up quick and I’m really happy with it. Easy to use and was easy to assemble too. It is a little awkward moving it around but certainly not a deal breaker.

I have tile flooring in my kitchen and dining area. Sometimes it is hard to clean. This steam cleaner looked interesting when I saw it and I am so pleased that it works so well.

Great little steamer that really heats up! So simple to use! I did not see any noticeable change in the grout on my tiled floor. Overall a great little steamer that is very easy to use.

I have a brick floor in the kitchen and entryway. I was hoping the steam would help clean the grout in between, but was disappointed it didn’t work as well as I hoped. The cover used to hold the pad in place covers the edges of the pad, so only the flat part can do the cleaning. However, It did clean the bricks good!

So far so good ! Lots of attachments , can't wait to try them out
