First impressions of this product are positive. I purchased these at $50. I have not purchased other earbuds but consider myself and audiophile and am rather picky, but still think the sound quality and functionality of this product are amazing for the price. Other products might do it better, but not at this price. You can expect to receive an above average build, sound quality, and functionality for this price point, with a couple of small quirks/concerns. Details below. I tested the range of these earbuds by walking about 50 feet away from my phone and they performed the same as if my phone was in my pocket, but I did run into a problem early in its use. The earbuds need to connect to each other, then be connected to your smartphone. I put the earbuds into their case to charge, and when I took them back out, the earbuds disconnected from each other and I had to look online to figure out how to reconnect the earbuds to each other by looking on their website, which was a hassle. If this happens frequently, it could be a big problem for these earbuds. This is my biggest gripe so far. My phone connects with bluetooth 5.0. Older phones that only support older versions of bluetooth might have worse connectivity, so keep that in mind. The earbuds are pretty big compared to wired earbuds, as most wireless earbuds are, but I personally don't feel the difference when wearing them. This is mostly just an aesthetic issue, and I personally don't mind. As with all earbuds, make sure you try all the eartips with and without the included cushfins, an extra padding for the outer edge of the earbud. A good fitting eartip should maximize comfort, sound isolation, and bass level, so make sure you pick the one that works for you. The comfort of these earbuds are average to slightly below average. I would expect some slight discomfort after about 2-3 hours, even with the right eartip and with the cushfins on, which, for me, helped with fit. I would've liked for the case to be flatter. It's rather spherical so it fits awkwardly in my pocket. The material also isn't the greatest but seems sturdy enough to protect the earbuds and stay in one piece. It's really light, maybe the weight of a few quarters. If you're planning to carry this in anything other than a pocket, the size is fine. The USB-A charging cable is under the case and can be tucked into its socket, where it stays firmly in place. It's a very short cable though, and is pretty awkward to charge. I would've preferred a usb port inside the case where you can plug in a longer cable while the case is open, but I'm nitpicking. The buttons are a little hard to press so when you press them you're shoving the earbud into your ear which is a little uncomfortable. Mids are a little muddy, but the overall sound quality is really good for its price. The earbuds make an audible hiss when they're connected and it's silent, but they do stop hissing after about 3-5 seconds of idle. Will update the review if things change.

This is the second pair I bought. I had the first pair for 4 years. I recently needed a new pair because the first pair had its right earbud run through the wash and dryer. I couldn't bring it back to life but because I liked the first pair so much, I decided, after trying another pair, to buy a new pair. Now the first pair went through the washing machine within the first year of owning them and they survived. Then the charging case went and I was able to get a new one from the company. So really they are a good set. Seem to be well made. I should have went right back to a new pair of them but I tried the ones that look like the apple ones. I didn't like the sound. These JLab sound very good and have a three pre-set EQ that is pretty good. Lastly. They fit me well. No problem getting them in and tightly fit. I recommend them easily for the price and even if they cost more.

I am an avid fan of all kinds of music along with a love of singing as well. Having had prior experience with the JLab Air True Wireless Earbuds before, I decided to get a replacement pair. Instead of getting the same identical pair of earbuds I'd already had before, I decided to try the JLab Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds instead - with the obvious difference being the ANC ability. Let me just say that I was not disappointed. The sound quality of these particular earbuds is spectacular and far exceeded my expectations! After I paired my earbuds with my Motorola cell phone and played one of my favorite songs that I always use to test the sound quality of any earbud, I was blown away at the level of loudness these earbuds could produce without any sound distortion. They have a nice mixture of treble and bass with the bass being my favorite. It's what I like to call "a party in my ears" because the sound reminds me of being at an awesome concert and sitting in the front row. The crazy thing was I actually couldn't hear anything outside of the earbuds that was going on right next to me. The ANC feature is definitely underestimated and the power of it understated. I would definitely recommend these earbuds to anyone who is serious about excellent sound quality without the distortion at an amazing price! So if you're debating whether to get these earbuds or to go with something else, I suggest you get the JLab Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds. I promise you will not be disappointed. In fact, I can guarantee it! Thanks, JLab, for another great quality pair of earbuds at an exceptionally affordable price. You have a new fan - for life!

I would buy these again. They have a great sound, especially for what you pay for.
