(This review is for the "Air Icon" model) Much like most others have stated, the sound quality when listening to music is decent. They are a good deal if that's all you want out of them. Call quality on the other hand.... People have a hard time hearing me, either they say I sound muffled, or my voice is breaking up, even when I have the phone held near the earbuds. If you are hoping to make calls with this, prepare to repeat yourself....frequently. If you just want something decent to listen to music with, these work well enough. Fit is good. There are plenty of different cushions; you should be able to find a fit for your ear size/shape. The Air Icon *does* allow you to use just the left or just the right bud, with the other left in the case to charge.

I got them because I didn’t want to spend $150 on some AirPod pros. They worked good for maybe 2 months, then all of a sudden the right earbud just stopped holding a charge/didn’t work at all, no sound came through. It was strange, and there went $30/40 however much I spent on them down the drain.

Purchased this back in July 2020. Generally happy with the product while it worked. It was comfortable, connected flawlessly with my phone, and super easy to use. We used it just around the house while cooking or doing regular chores, not much on physical activities, so I would say light usage. It stopped working last month and I have since reached out to JLAB customer support about the issue (I tried calling customer support a few times but it ends up with radio silence after a few minutes of background JLAB recorded FAQ, emailed them via the product page - hoping to get a response soon, I'll update this once I do). Tried multiple troubleshooting / reset tips I could find online but still not working.

The better case looks good and easy to open and close. This earbuds comes with three EQ3 sound which give different sound effect. However, the Bluetooth connection between cellphone and one of the earbuds is fine, but the connection between two earbuds is unacceptable. Sometime the right one playing music smoothly, but the left one does not work properly. or the left playing well, and the right one disconnected. I try to hold the smartphone on my hand or in my chest pocket, but it doesn't help anything. If I sit on the bus, and reconnect the earbuds, it will function well. but when I start walking, the connection get worse again.

Supposed to be great sound. Not so much!

1st pair came D.O.A but contacted Amazon and had the new working pair 3 days later. These are my first truly wireless ear buds and like having no wires. These aren't the loudest, they are loud enough but wish it went up 2 more notches. They drowned out sound really well, you just need to make sure you use the right sized ear attachment. Im using the ones that came on it already there are 2 other sizes, this size i think would fit 80% of people. So far so good though, definitely worth the price. Oh and really cool that it has 3 built in EQs and that you can control, volume, track switching, siri, Google and take calls All by tapping the ear buds 1, 2 or 3 clicks. Edit: took a few stars off since the left ear bud cuts in and out every few minutes. The phone is always in my pocket when this happens, not even jeans, just basketball shorts. I might return them and just get a refund. 1st pair didn't charge and this pair cuts in and out. It's too bad because i stand by my review.... good price good features and good sound for the price. It's just flawed because of bluetooth or a defect.

Ordered these after a recommendation from a friend. I was skeptical, but thought I would give them a try. Pros: - Decent packaging - Easy to follow manual without being overly long. - Storage case that charges units with a charge level indicator. - Easy to pair with my Apple Watch (Series 3 and Series 4, did not try with my Series 2). Cons: - Not the most comfortable (tried all the extra cushions). - Sound quality is very harsh, not smooth at all, completely lacking in bass at all. - Hard to adjust sound tones (kept prompting for Siri before I could get the third click in) - While walking outside paired to my watch (left hand), the left earbud kept cutting in and out 50-60%. To the point of annoyance. - Very plastic feeling. Overal, thumbs down. I didn’t wear them long enough to see how the battery lasted. I have only ever sent one other item back in all my years on amazon, and that was because they shipped the wrong product. These I will be sending back as soon as I finish this review. And I’m by no means trying to be picky on the sound quality. I “might” have kept them for putzing around the house had they not cut in and out so much.

Bought this because I have had several pairs of JLab BT over the years and have always loved the sound quality and battery life. Given the low price, they have always performed very well for me. I figured these would be similar in quality with the additional cost being caused by the removal of the cord. I was deeply disappointed when the sound quality sounded the same or worse than my current pair of JLab BT which are over a year old and are slowly breaking. The battery life claims to be 14 or 16 hours but is actually around 3. Which is significantly worse than the JLab BT. Couple that with the fact they only charge in the case if the case is plugged in, which was also a big surprise. Given the cost, I think these do well, but the JLab BT headphones are much better in my opinion when it comes to battery life, sound quality, noise cancellation, and comfort. They are also ~$10 cheaper! If you don't mind the cord (which I personally prefer so I can hang them around my neck) I would recommend the JLab BT Headphones over these.

The reviews I read about the JBUDSAIR were encouraging. I was impressed that Consumer Reports gives this product a high rating. Maybe my expectations were too high. The issue I have is with the volume and sound, but mostly the volume. I use the product on an iPhone X. When I adjust the volume all the way up, it is still a medium-level sound. When I adjusted the volume control on the product as well, nothing, no difference. The product comes with 3 custom EQ modes, but I couldn’t tell much of a difference between the modes. The sound is simply not rich. Finally, the fit isn’t great, even after trying the other ear tips…I keep thinking the earbuds are going to fallout and sometimes they do. I’ll just keep using my old earbuds and keep these as a backup. Dena's Husband...
