TERRIBLY TERRIBLE

Battery life is short regardless to if you charge overnight. Not user friendly when in ears. They're not good at all. Wasted my money!

I have had these for 1 month: If quality is your concern, do not waste your time or money

Boy have I got a treat for all of you "review connoisseurs" out there! So this is how the JLab Scam works, despite what the advertisement tells you. #1. These do not run independently. Confused? I will explain. Lets say you wear the right earbud for 6 hours, then the battery runs out and you want to throw that earbud back into the charger and pull out the left earbud to continue listening for another 6 hours. You will find that the left earbud will not work without the right earbud. -They do this purposely so if you lose the right earbud you will have to buy another just to use the left earbud #2. Call quality. I won't waste your time on this one, I'll just explain this with one word.... HORRIBLE -People literally stopped calling me and ended conversations mid-speech because the sound was so damn terrible -People would complain about a metallic echoey sound, some folks said it sounded like I was under water #3. Noise cancellation. I don't even that the people at JLab even know what this even means. -People during my calls would complain that they could hear everything around me: Birds chirping, keyboard typing, kids playing, smh none of which were even anywhere near me #4. Earbud joining. Yo, this has got to be the worst part of having these buds. It takes forever for the left ear to join the right ear. Then when it actually does it is spotting. Dude these earbuds suck.

Flakier than my last girlfriend

Disclaimer: I have never owned Air Pods, but I have owned the Bose Sound sports and these do compare to those in sound quality. Also, the case for these is much smaller than the Bose and fits in your pocket better, but is still much bulkier than the Air Pods case. However, there are many Cons that caused me to write my first ever one-star review. First CON, whenever I plop them in the case after them annoying me every minute saying, "Low battery", I expect to pull them out after a while and have them be fully charged. NOPE, they only charge when you are charging the case as well, and don't even think about gaging the battery level off of the LED lights because they don't mean anything. Second CON, these earbuds are flakier than my last girlfriend. Sometimes you will turn them on, they will connect to each other, and then they will pair with your device seamlessly, but others they will turn on and only one side will turn on and not pair with anything. Last CON, at first this CON didn't happen, but it has recently started to rear its ugly head more frequently. I normally use these to get focused and do some homework in my college library, should be fine right? The only problem comes when they say, "Goodbye" out of nowhere (kind of like my last girlfriend) and turn off right in the middle of the library! It didn't help that I was listening to Nicki Minaj either. All in all, these are honestly pretty good headphones and they work the majority of the time. You just have to be willing to look past some significant flaws.

Rip-Off?

I'm not sure if I somehow got a rip-off sent to me... but these do not work how they are suppose to. The buttons don't seem to do anything other than control the volume. I've held the button for 5 seconds (and also way longer than 5 seconds), and they will not power off like they're suppose to. I've tried clicking three times to activate the EQ settings... and it will not work. I've tried double clicking the left one to pause/play, and nothing. It will keep dropping the volume, but it won't activate any other features. I've even taken them out and squeezed them between my fingers to make sure I was pressing the buttons, and nothing. Another issue to note is that I have to press far too hard to get rhe volume to work. To the point of discomfort. I tried these ones because I had the tier beneath these and they worked awesome. All the features worked great for me. I accidentally washed them though, and I liked them so much I figured I'd go to the better versions. However, I am not satisfied with these at all. May as well just order the lesser version again and stick with those. There was nothing wrong with them, and they did exactly what I wanted them to do.

Stopped charging after just 5 months

Original review: This is a GOOD product. This is not a bad review. The sound quality is good, the battery life is solid, the charging is pretty quick, and they're very convenient for work. HOWEVER, I work in a cubical and like to only use one at a time due to people coming up to ask me questions or what not. I leave one out because I can talk to them without having to take one out/put one back in. This set ONLY allows you to use the right one if you want to use just one. You can't use just the left one. In order to use them, the right one has to be on. You CAN use the left one, but the right one is going to be sitting somewhere on wasting its battery life. Again, not a negative review by any means, but if you're looking to use one for about 3-4 hours, then switch to your other one and use that, you CANNOT do that with these. Update: I use these MAYBE once a week for the full battery life, then I put them back on the charger. I last used them a week ago, and received a low battery alert. I put them into the case and plugged the case in for 2 days at my work computer. I took them out today, and they did not pair right away. I had to remove the device and re-pair it. After about 20 seconds of listening, I got a low battery alert in the LEFT earbud. About 20 seconds later, I got another low battery alert in the RIGHT earbud. This means that despite charging in the case, and charging the actual case, they are no longer charging. For $50, I expect to get AT MINIMUM a full year out of these. DO NOT BUY THESE. You can get a better pair for the same price elsewhere.

⛔ Dont Do It ⛔

Although, I do not typically write reviews on products. On a rare occasion, an item or consumer experience significantly alters my life and creates a urge inside me to share with my fellow future shoppers. This product should require a disclaimer upon purchase. Until then, I will serve as your friendly warning and share experience and opinion before you spend your pretty penny😁. Let me say it not in case I lose you later. To be straight forward, dont buy this flaw filled device. Spend $40 or even $100 more on a quality wireless headset from a replicable company. Remember, there is great power with the consumer's dollar. If we accept crap business with continue to sell us crappier crap everyday. Anyways, when I first purchased the ear phones I was impressed with it's performance especially when considering the price range. A few months after my purchase one of the ear buds stopped working. After some research, I confirmed that people across the nation were encountering the similar post - warranty - death of one of their head phones. It seemed quite peculiar that our headphones stopped working right after the in store warranty ended. We were left to troubleshoot the many possibilities of the permanently muted bud. When the resets did fix the problem and our digital magic ran dried most we look to the company to resolve the issue. A customer service agent suggest that I purchase a charger case and reassured me that a new charger is what the doctor ordered. The charger arrived a few days later and didnt fix anything...was bamboozled again. This has been an ongoing issue across the nation and still has not been fixed. Jlabs has yet to address, acknowledge or simply fix the silent bud and shamelessly continues to sell the tainted headphones. They even sell single ear plugs now!!! Instead of fixing their headset and providing us with quality product that we pay for. The business knowingly sells faulty devices to make a quick buck. You have been warned ✌🏼
