I have the Apple Airpods, and they sound really good, but their problem is that they do not fit in the ear firmly, especially when you do a workout, so I looked at some in-ear buds and found JLab JBuds Air, and their price was exactly, what I was looking for to try. And I wasn't disappointed, the sound is really good for $50 Bluetooth earbuds, quality of the materials is also good. Of course, they are a bit bigger than average earbuds, but not a big deal. All in one, I really satisfied with this purchase. UPDATE: Tried to use them with my work MacbookPro and was disappointed, sound in left earbud every time appears and disappears, so the Bluetooth connection with Macbook was not solid in comparison to iPhone

UPDATE: I was in contact with their customer reps for about a month over email. The issue did not get resolved. I was then asked to call them. They resolved the issue and gave me a refund on the same day. Long story short, call them instead of wasting your time over emails. Still I think they need to improve their customer service over email. Original Review: (1 star) These earbuds worked well for their price, but the left side earbud stopped working properly after 6 months of moderate use. Now they sound like there is no base and the sound is very tingy. I would have rated them higher if they had a better life.

Even in its Bass Boost mode, you barely get any bass out of them and the highs scream at you. Voices don't sound natural.

First up, they were really easy to pair. Tried the three different tips and settled on the large ones, as they were the only ones that sealed. Once sealed, the audio quality was very good on the “Signature” setting. Three taps on either bud scrolled through the three settings. My problem was that after about an hour’s use, I could not get an adequate seal. Thus lost the bass response. No matter how I tried, they would not seal properly. Also, the three tap feature to scroll through the equalizer settings stopped working outright. Decided not to chance it and immediately returned them. Going back to the Airpods. They may be more expensive, but they just work, albeit with a bit less bass.

I was hoping to really like this product, however, they don't stay in my ears well when I am just using them causally around the house or when shopping. I am too scared to lose them if I try to work out. Also they start to hurt my ears after a while. Maybe I just have weird shaped ears that don't fit earbuds.

I bought these earbuds to use while bicycling, since my helmet won't go over headphones. I'll start with what I like. * I love the charging case because it's so easy to keep them charged. * It's a clever design that the earbuds turn off/on when putting them into/taking them out of the case. So, here are some problems. * If I want to turn them off without putting them in the case, it takes a 5 sec push. It only takes 1 sec to do a track forward or back, so they always do one of those before turning off. * The sound is thin unless I gently push them into my ears. * The battery only seems to last a couple hours of continuous use.

Purchased in May. Have had them for just over 2 months and the left ear bud stopped working. Tried doing all of the resets and finally called jlabs and they stated since the light wasn't coming on it is a charging issue. Now I'm going through the warranty process 2 months into the headphones. Up until now, I have really liked them. They fit great and have great sound. Hopefully I just had a dud and my second pair will last longer.

People say it sounds like I'm talking in a bathroom when I use these for phone calls. Very good for listening to music.

Not a bad set of ear buds, but I find one of the receivers losing the Bluetooth signal.

They are okay. I’m not a fan. I get a lot of complaints about how I sound coming through them
