No matter which tips I use, these would not stay in my ears, which was super frustrating. I had to return them. Instead I spent significantly more on their epic air elite set, which I LOVE. I'm not thrilled about the price difference, but after having them for a few weeks now, they are worth it. They have a silicon support that wraps around your ear, so they don't go anywhere even during high-motion exercises. Their sound quality and feature set is quite good, and they also come with a two year warranty, which beats other earphone manufacturers, including apple. If you can tolerate the price increase, I highly recommend the epic air elite (I think that's what they're called...) model over these.

Title says my thoughts. Listening to music for extended time has been great. My hope of using these to join work meetings has been a flop as the microphone quality is bad enough that people call it out whenever I try to use them ("you sound like a robot talking through a tube").

Sound quality is one of the best I've heard in any bluetooth headset. However after less than an hour i feel extreme discomfort and pain. I just bought the Executive ones because those are more ergonomic on the ear and have the same sound quality. If you read this review, get the Executive pair instead

I had these headphones for over two years, they finally stopped working a little over a week ago. I liked them a lot, so I bought a new pair. The new ones I got sound and feel great. Very happy with these headphones.

First off, I bought these because I didn't want to spend the money for Apple AirPods. For the price, they're great sound and have some pretty slick buttons to help you control your music with pausing, skipping, etc. The charging case is very clean and simple and works great because they're never dead. The bad: Maybe I just have weird ear holes but these things NEVER stay in my ears well. The slightest movement or opening of my jaw to eat they fall out. I've tried all 3 of the different size attachments but they do not stay in well at all. I can't imagine someone working out in these and having to adjust the fit every 30 seconds. Again, maybe I'm an outlier and have weird ears but it sucks how badly they stay in...I hoped they would work better.

I purchased these well because they are cheaper. I was using a more expensive brand however they would constantly fall out of my ears. Even when properly fitted. Would accidentally touch the senor and it would do something...lol. so basically these are okay. I have small ears. So honestly looks like I have two huge cotton balls sticking out of my ears. I didn't expect them to be so big that was disappointing. The sound quality is yet again just okay. Definitely could be better but you get what you pay for.

I bought these because they were on the list of top 10 bluetooth earbuds under $100. I liked the look and the reviews were good. My experience was a little different however, although they come with fitting rubbers, no matter which size I tried the right earbud would not stay in my ear canal. Very frustrating as I do like the ease of putting them on and the sound although not perfect was adequate enough for me. This is the second set of wireless earbuds I buy I've had to return, the first set I bought (not JLab earbuds) had awful sound.

They sound awesome and that is all. Pro: Sound quality Con: 1 Phone calls - nobody can hear me 2 Battery life - mediocre and here's why... the copper pin in the case to charge the right earbud froze midway and doesnt charge the thing properly. If the right bud battery dies, the left shuts off. This means your listening time is dependent on how well the right bud is charged. I acknowledge that you can use the left alone for media only but buds is plural, i need them both. The pin is now all the way down so the right wont charge at all. Currently in the process of returning it. They were awesome when they were working and being able to answer calls wasnt its primary purpose for me.

These headphones are pretty ok. They didn't get 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1) Theyre way too big to fit in my ears. I had to take the rubber buds off to fit them. 2) The battery notification is awful. I'll get a "full battery" message all week long. Then I'll put them in and get a "battery medium" message. From that point, it's always the same. Within 5 minutes, it will tell me the battery is low, and within 20 minutes, they'll be dead. If I got a notification when the battery was ACTUALLY medium, it wouldn't be an issue. But the medium notification only comes 20 minutes before it does. Unless these buds only last for 40 minutes at a time - and they don't - that's not medium. That's low.

I like the design, the case, and the ease of use, but my phone call volume is low, and the songs don’t get very loud either. That said, it is a fantastic deal for the price point!
