I don't like that they don't stay in my ear and the volume sucks

I ordered these after returning a terrible pair of a well-known name brand. The reviews of these seemed quite great, and overall, I had been happy with them. I only used these when listening to music or podcasts while walking. The sound quality was good enough - not perfect, but suitable for my needs. I never experienced any cutting out of sound. When I made phone calls while walking, the people on the other end could hear me well and I could hear them. But, I heard my own voice as muffled and distant; it made me not want to talk very long. I had an issue with the earbuds periodically falling out of my ears, enough that I was cautious with them. They never really felt completely secure. Today while walking, the right one fell out, and I only knew it when the left earbud was cutting out. (The left earbud won't work independently of the right one.) I went back to where I was (in some grass near a busy road) and couldn't find it. So, now the whole bundle is trash. Unfortunately, I only got 5 weeks out of them - maybe I will go back to the earbuds on a cord.

I have had these buds for a while and these are my impressions. Ear fit is terrible. I can't get them to stay in my ears for the life of me. When they aren't fit right the sound is terrible. When you do sit them correctly the sound is decent but I find they quickly work themselves free of my ear and sound bad again. The batteries don't seem to last long at all. I can not use them for a short time then put them on where they should have a bit of charge left but they end up being dead. I would not recommend buying these.

Update: I still like these earbuds, but they have one major flaw. When trying to use them while making a call, the recipient of the call can not hear me or they say it is very quiet. Do to this I'm in the market for a different pair. For the price of these wireless earbuds, you get premium features. I've only used these a few times so far, but have nothing but good things to say. They fit relatively well and I've yet to have them fall out. Sounds quality is great and I like that I can use one or both earbuds without issues.

They stopped working after 3 1/2-4 months after purchasing. The left one went then a month later the right one quit. Save your money

I have JLab buds that go over my ears so I wanted to try the true wireless but these do not stay in my ears and I am a runner so this is a huge issue for me because they fall out while running. They also don’t connect to the charger easily so sometimes I’ll think they’re charging and they’re dead when I try to use them. They would be fine as a cheap pair for normal daily activities but I would not recommend for exercise

I never leave reviews on anything, but I do feel like sharing my bad experience with these buds. After weeks of research I decided to buy these because I kept seeing good reviews online about these being "really good for the price" and I didn't want to spend too much on my first set of TWs. When they finally arrived, first thing I noticed was that there were no additional ear tips in the box. And yes, I checked everywhere. That being said, I thought it was no big deal since I had a bunch of them lying around and the default ones felt just fine. Second thing I noticed, the "cushfins" added enough thickness to the earbuds where they would sometimes not charge properly. I ignored this too because I could always just leave the cushfins off, no biggie. A month later, the right earbud just stopped reproducing audio altogether. The driver just gave out. No sound at all, not even the start up voice prompts or anything. Thankfully it still paired with the phone and the left earbud so I could still listen to music on the go, but no amount of resets, re-syncs or phone reboots got the right bud to work again. The only reason why I'm giving it more than 1 star is because they did sound decent while they worked, but even then I felt some distortion at the higher volume levels. Hopefully other people did have better luck than I did with this product, but I'm never buying these or anything JLab again.

These are way over-priced. Although the sound quality is actually quite good, it doesn't matter if the fit of the earbud is off. If they were a good fit and stayed in the ear properly, I would have actually liked these. My biggest complaint is comfort. The biggest challenge for me when buying earbuds if fit and comfort. It becomes quite annoying when you find the 'sweet spot' only to have them slowly find their way out of the ear canal and then you find yourself constantly having to re adjust to get that sweet spot back and I'm talking just regular wear and not during physical activity. Also, I'm finding that only after a couple of months after purchase I'm the battery life is quickly degrading and I'm having to charge it more often. I'm quite experienced at using audio equipment so I am aware of how to fin the right fit but with these it was a losing battle finally had to replace them with a Sony set THAT IS GREAT! I bought the Sony WF-XB700 earbuds and they are far superior - sound quality and fit are outstanding and they got a 5 star across the board and I highly recommend those over these.

If you just want a pair that emits spunds in the first place, you still might end up being annoyed, cause for some reason, these things will pause completely at random intervals probably due to some frequency issue. I tried contacting support about it and they never got back to me depsite saying that they would within 24 to 48 hours. You also have no customization choices, so have fun with a million touch controls that don't register properly half the time. The sound is... Ehhh... It's capable of making cymbals go crash and bass go boom, but things feel weaker at the ends IMHO. Honestly, if these things weren't plagues by bad touch controls and random pausing, I'd probably give them a 4/5, but the issues are just that bad and just that annoying. Don't buy these if you want to just have something to listen to especially for work or while walking, cause you're gonna be fighting with them on a constant basis.

I got these at a discount of 20$ and they are very worth it, however... they are very uncomfortable. if they didn't go miles down your ear canal I wouldn't have a problem, but the fact that they go that far down your ear is insane. it does not bother you for about 10 min but after that, it literally hurts to take them out. and yes I've tried different ear tips and foam cushions but they did not help at all. also, because the buds are so big they stick out of your ear which does not look very good for wireless earbuds. the only reason it has 3 stars is the sound quality. it is AMAZING. the different settings to try out are great (blows AirPods out of the water), they connect to your phone fast, great touch settings. They just hurt your ears.
