I've had these buds for a year now. The battery still holds a charge just fine. My only issue is that they've become difficult to connect to my phone. I sometimes have to try multiple times to connect them. Also, when I go to put the buds back in the case, they sometimes won't start charging. I just have to press them in or take them out again.

I've been buying Jlabs for years. Fell in love for the price, quality and warranty since my first pair of the j5 (best ones in my opinion) When I bought these puppies I was expecting great things from the company......ooof I claimed a warranty and havent heard back from them in almost a year! The headphones broke down only 2 1/2 months into use. For the price I expected better than this. Whatever man keep em I'll go back to the tried and true j5 if I can find them.

Don’t like the fit as when I am out walking one always falls out.

I only had these for about 2 months before they started having connectivity issues(had to retart during use because laging, skipping). About 2 and a half months into ownership the control button on end of the earbud snapped. These were only used for wearing around the house. When it worked they did have good sound.

Sound quality is very good. But the mic quality is just atrocious. People can’t hear you clearly at all. The rubber gasket around headphone eventually becomes to loose and moves around too much making it hard to stay in your ear. Not to mention same gasket ends up blocking the already horrible mic making it impossible for anyone to hear you properly.

The sound was good. Bluetooth connect easily. Returning because they kept falling out of my ears. Hard for me to hold onto, slippery.

I don't hate them. I don't love them. The blue tooth connection seems much more finicky than my last set of earbuds - I can't seem to make out the pattern of which device it connects to first. I also realize how much I relied on being able to take off my last pair and use the wire to put them around my neck or hang them on a hook, etc. I wish I had bought another connected pair even though the wire sometimes gets in the way. Sound quality is OK. They are pretty comfortable -- more so than I thought w/ their bulk.

Overall, I like these buds. The fit seals up my ear canal pretty well so sound isolation is top notch. Battery life, to date, hasn't impacted me. I've used them multiple times throughout the day and have yet to run down battery life as I put them back into their case/charger when they're not in use. But the one glaring flaw, and it's inconsistent so I can't ever pinpoint when it may occur is that the left earpiece will drop out sound for a few moments or seconds and then come back on. It's happened enough times that I would definitely consider this an issue to the point of distraction at times. Worst case thus far was that I had to remove both earpieces, placed them back in their case and then put them back on where they paired up fine and continued working once again.

There was a lot more dislike than like for these ear buds I bought. First for me, none of the sizes fit so I had to make do with the second size. Two, I can't play the left side by itself and it always has to be paired to the right side but I can play the right side by itself while the left is in the case. Third, personally I was hoping these ear buds were a bit smaller. They are "small" but at the same time not. There are a couple more reasons that didn't meet my expectations but these three are at the top of my head that throws me off.
