I difficulty finding the model on the internet. Once done, I still had to call to pair the buds with my iPhone. Not much bass. Overall, the earbuds are just okay.

The background white noise is sometimes louder than played media and prevents me from using these earbuds for extended periods of time. Also, the mic quality is very poor.

They have deep bass for ear buds, the mids and high not as good, controls a little clunky. Falls out of ear alot probably the design overall good for the price good if standing and sitting only.

I went ahead and bought the best of the models for these earbuds. Disappointed at the moment. The right earbud sometimes will not charge. Also sometimes during the day the earbud will connect to my phone automatically. Per instructions as long as they are in the case they turn off automatically. I am still trying them out for a few more days. If any more issues arise I am sending them back. Sound quality is superb..

Being used to Apple Air Pods, but tired of having to replace them every year due to short battery life, these are NOT a great replacement. They are definitely noise canceling and the sound is okay (a little tinny), but they do not fit well inside the ear and fall out constantly. When they do come out of your ear, it does not turn off whatever you were listening to so, you have to scramble to find it quickly and then back up whatever song or show you were listening to. Definitely not a good replacement.

The shipping was super fast. These earbuds are durable and sound great for the price. Having said that, I would not purchase these. They’re extremely uncomfortable, large, clunky earbuds. I much prefer the Dudios true wireless earbuds that I was replacing with these. They’re cheaper, but sound quality is comparable for almost $30 less than the jLab Air Icons. I’m really not very happy with these but it’s such a hassle to return them and would end up costing me another $20-$25 so I’ll use them at work. You can use either earbud independently so that’s a plus. I highly suggest not buying these if you’re looking for a comfortable pair of true wireless earbuds!

I purchased this product for the gym. I read reviews and figured it would work, however I find that the bass is not at all good and the volume, well lets just say, I end up hearing the gym music and not what is being played from by iphone. Like most gyms, there's music playing all the time at a decent volume. Wired headphone I have used did a great job in cancelling the outside noise, but this was not the case with these JLabs. I want to point out that I also purchased the Bluetooth Earbuds Wireless Headphones Bluetooth Headset Wireless Earphones IPX7 Waterproof, and even though they were a little more expensive (a few bucks) they seem to have the same problem, bad bass and not the greatest volume. I wonder if high end truly wireless earbuds also have this problem, but I refuse to pay more than $150 for a pair of earbuds that will eventually get damaged with the sweat and daily pounding. Any recommendations?

I have a lot of mixed feeling about the JBuds. The form factor is small and cool, however the plastic of the buttons on them feels a bit cheap and won't last long, it takes a lot of adjusting to get the right fit in the ear but once you figure it out it stays there although you might get a bit discomfort after a long exercise. The sound quality is great, stable and clear, however sometimes a barely noticeable delay is felt between the two earbuds which takes 2-3 seconds to smooth out automatically. Taking phone calls using these earbuds isn't the strongest feature of them. Sounds is good, however the mic does pic a lot of noise and your sound is quiet and isn't heard properly, and the most annoying part is that a lag of 2-3 seconds happens every time you speak which adds to the awful phone call quality. These are good earbuds for listening to music during workout, but nothing else
