Music stop playing and people hear you breaking up every few seconds or so. One day they can hear me with no issues then the next day I have adjust my phone at a certain angle in my pocket because I'm breaking up when talking. Beyond that maybe the fact that it still can slip out my ear and these buds are bouncy lol. I still like them. Was about to return them because I found my other pair but I'll keep it as a back up. But I think I'm done with Jlabs for now.

The earbuds look nice and have a relatively nice fit and finish, but I was disappointed with the sound quality. I listened to a couple of rock songs as well as some orchestral music on a louder setting (definitely not the max, about 2/3 volume) and I heard a tinny, buzzing sound most of the time. I'm not one to listen to music loudly, and this was not a volume I wouldn't consider using for prolonged periods of time, so I ended up returning the product in search of a better quality sound. For what it's worth, the buttons on the side that you push to change volume, etc. were a bit stiff and hurt my ears when I pushed on them. I would suggest holding the earbuds between your thumb and middle finger and pushing the buttons to avoid discomfort. But the earbuds were super easy to pair to my phone, and I'm afraid I can't comment on battery life or sweat proof-ness because I used them for about 3 minutes before deciding they were not fit for my liking.

It easily connects to all my BT devices - but make sure you have disconnected it from device previously connected as it sometimes fail to be discovered by another device. It also suddenly got disconnected when I had to download a file. Weird! The sound output is not that great compared to my other earbuds. The battery life is also not that good. I used it for 3 hours in a virtual meeting and it was already low battery (30%) afterwards. I will not recommend it.

Overall these are OK, just OK. For the price it is pretty good. Sound quality: not bad, not for those who like high volumes and lots of bass Comfort: they’re fine for me in terms of commute (max 30min) but I would not use them for long flights as after an hour or so they became a bit uncomfortable. Connection: just OK - no major issues but when walking outside as I keep my phone on the left (left handed) and sometimes the connection breaks when walking outside - just a second or so but still a bit annoying. Once paired bluetooth connection is fast and efficient. Noise cancellation: not really, I don’t think anyone will hear your music but you will still hear outside noise. Charging: the charge box that is included is convenient small size and works well. Never had a problem with charging but I don’t use it for long duration. I have a pair of Sony MDX1000s and those are definitely better in all aspects but at the same time are more expensive. In practice I wil use the Sony for anything if I need it more than 30 minutes.

These sound great, nice deep bass, and clear audio. That said, i had to return them. The controls are NOT user friendly. Everything is tap controlled. Sometimes the tap would register and work as directed. Most times the tap did something unintended. When trying to skip a track seems simple enough. However when you tap the bud and it does not respond, or gives a different result even while looking at the directions, this is not user friendly. I loved the sound of these and the design. However the controls in my experience were not good at all so i returned them. Sad

Cons: • Audio: Audio volume (loudness) lacks in comparison to the Bicboz/Sabbat E12 Ultra which is much louder. You can't really feel the vibe of the audio when compared to the Bicboz/Sabbat. • Bass: Even in the bass EQ setting, the bass wasn't really there. It was more like you could hear it rather than feel it. In contrast, the Bicboz/Sabbat E12 Ultra had a much stronger and real bass feel. Pros: • Movement: These earbuds don't even flinch at any crazy movements (running, jumping, or even eating). • Touch: Great touch system, convenient to slam your earbud further into the ear canal which can be felt with the E12 above. • Connectivity: Connected super fast to my Samsung S8 whereas the E12...was a bit too complicated. If the audio quality matched the Bicboz/Sabbat E12 Ultra, I would totally go for the JBuds since they don't fall out, as the Bicboz/Sabbat does, and are more appropriate for my activities.

The sound quality doesn't come close to the more expensive brands, but you can't expect it to!

Sound quality is as expected for $40 ear buds. Not bad, but not great. Noise cancellation works when the buds are sealed well. The problem is this: The actual earbud is so heavy that I find them unable to stay in place after little movement. Maybe it is just my ears, but I can't get them to keep a constant seal and have to readjust them frequently. Battery life isn't bad

Not as effective for me when I am moving around. These buds keep falling out and I am worried how easily I can lose them
