The earbuds themselves are alright, but they really lack in touch control sensitivity. It's almost like it doesn't exist despite the fact that it says there are touch controls. Also, my ears just suck at keeping earbuds in, this coule use a real support fin to keep them in.

The sound quality on these was pretty good. But for phone calls these are terrible. You get a couple hours out of the headphones themselves before they have to go back into the charging case and for some reason the left one doesn't always want to work on phone calls

Sound is very clear and good quality. Working out in the gym tho, at max volume I can still hear the other music outside. At least it won’t blow my ear drums out.

Settings are Amazing as well as sound quality and battery life . Not very small eary friendly.

Sound quality seems good for the price range; the three eq settings are adequate; I enjoyed listening to music with these wireless buds while doing lawn work. HOWEVER; there seems to be a 200ms - 250ms delay (just a guess) that ruins audio sync; so not good for watching video or playing games on a mobile device. I do not have this with other Bluetooth headphones so it must be something these do to sync left/right playback with the "true wireless" earbuds. Unfortunately this greatly diminishes the product usefulness and will probably relegate them to spare duty. For me this is a deal breaker unfortunately.

I was really excited to try these out after doing a thorough product review and settling on the Jbuds Air Icon. However, I've been really disappointed to find that they simply don't work for phone calls. I've tried multiple times, on both cellular and wi-fi based calling (FaceTime, etc.), and people on the other end are never able to hear me properly. Super disappointing as one of the main reasons I purchased these was to be able to take work calls wirelessly. The sound quality is OK, sometimes sounds a little tinny, but I haven't fully explored all the sound configuration options yet. These do stay in my ears fairly well, and connect quickly to my phone once I take them out of the case. Battery life is good as well, and the charging case comes with a built in USB charger, which is very convenient. Would be 5/5 stars if not for the fact that I can't use them for phone calls!!!!! JLabs, if you're reading this, I want an exchange!

Honestly thier not very loud and the Bluetooth syncing gets a little messed up...

Pros: they sound great, have good battery life and fit well in the ears. I recommend using the dynamic sound option though, otherwise music sounds a little washed out. They're easy to pair and once tethered to your phone via Bluetooth will work instantly once they're removed from the pill case. Cons: the button sucks. You have to literally hold the thing in the ear to press the button to skip songs or answer a call otherwise you drive it into your skull. They honestly should have either put the button on the side or implemented touch controls, but at this price, you get what you pay for. I expect some people may have issue with the USB charger. It's not a full size USB, you just plug it into the larger side of a female USB port to charge. I just charge them using a battery backup which works perfectly fine.

Gave as a Christmas gift. Stopped working after 2 weeks 😳 Thankfully Amazon return policy covered it for an additional 2 weeks so they sent a full replacement. Hoping the second set lasts

After reading the reviews I decided to give these a shot. For the price they aren't too bad. Decent sound my only problem is I could not get them to fit properly. It may not necessarily be the earbud. Maybe it's just my ears but I could not get them to stay in even after using all of the adapter tips.
