For the life of me I can't keep these earbuds in my ears. They sit nicely in my ears until I talk, and then they work themselves out right to the ground. Wish I hadn't purchased them.

They’re nice, but I got them to connect to several devices for work and it will only connect to one at a time. I’ll keep them for everyday use but I’ll have to find a better pair for what I need.

I know 3 stars isn’t the most helpful rating but it wouldn’t be fair to give them 1 star since they do in fact go in my ears and play music, but at the same time I certainly wouldn’t give them 5 stars. There’s not a whole lot I’d rave about with them. I thought initial set up was confusing. Fit was ok. Sound is not loud. Wind turbulence for running or cycling is terrible. Button controls are awful in my opinion. And no pause or mute option? Taking the price out of it, there’s gotta be better options out there. That being said, they do go in my ears, stay in my ears and play music with no issues so far.

UPDATE: a circuit shorted in my left earbud two months after having these, I know it’s the circuit because if I fiddle with it enough it’ll go in and out. Don’t buy! My main thing with headphones/earbuds is I want them to be LOUD and I can’t seem to find a pair that is loud enough.

I initially thought that these ear buds would come with different sizes of rubber tips for different ear shapes, but they didn't. One of the pictures shows two sets of tips, but I only received the one. They did come with "Cush Fins" to fill extra space, I'm assuming for people with larger ear openings. I have smaller ear openings and usually need the smallest fitting possible. These don't sit quite right and keep falling out of my ears. Even with the annoying size issue, I liked these ear buds at first, using them to make calls while doing things around the house. However, they did not perform near as well outdoors. The people I called complained about hearing bird chirping, dogs barking, and too much wind on their end. I had to wear a hood to help cancel out the external noises from my calls. The call quality on my end was fine, so these might be good for playing music while outdoors, if they fit my ears.

These have some real advantages, but also some problems. I found the push buttons on each ear very hard to use, and pushing tends to the push into the ear. I never could get the buttons to change EQ, even following the instructions carefully and experimenting a lot. The sound also lacked some presence that I have heard in other earphones/headphones. I ended up returning these, mainly because of the EQ not working. Many months later I bought the similar "Icon" version (about $10 more) and they were much better in several ways. The best change was the light tap needed for the buttons. If you are thinking about these, I would strongly recommend the JLab JBuds Air Icon. The only ones I like better are the Samsung ones - more expensive and better sound (presence). Still, the Icons have very good sound and a few advantages, even over the Samsung.

You get what you pay for, and these are cheaper earbuds. The sound quality and fit are good, no complaints there. The biggest issue I have is with charging and pairing. The left earbud seems to charge sometimes and other times not. Even after reseating it in it's case several times. It also sometimes pairs, and other times does not, frequently taking a few minutes to pair with the other bud. The right ear bud does not suffer the same problem, and thankfully it's the one that pairs to your phone. I've gone through a couple pairs, so I know it's not my particular set. Overall they're fine, but I find myself still having to carry my wired headphones (and using them) due to the unreliability of these earbuds.

I've already ordered a second pair in white for my girlfriend because I really like them. They have great sound and battery life and fit well. A fews cons: Sometimes when using them on my computer to watch something, several minutes into a video they all of the sudden say "Goodbye" and turn off mid-video, even with full battery. Additionally, it can be difficult to switch from using them on one device to another. The only way I have been able to reliably switch devices is by completely turning off bluetooth on the device I'm switching from otherwise they just repeatedly pair to the previously used device. Lastly, when I turn them on they usually connect to the most recent device without issue and begin working and show as connected, but I continue to get popups asking if I want to connect to the JLab earbuds even once connected and there are always 2 or more JLab earbuds entries listed in the bluetooth devices panel and no matter which I try to connect to, it doesn't work most of the time so I repeatedly have to "forget device" and start the pairing procedure over again. Despite all of the listed "cons", I'm still really happy with them and they seem to be a high quality product.
