This build your own stuffie toy is rather fun!I initially gave it to my eight year old but she did not have the stamina to finish the project and lost interest before it was completed. My nine year old was able to finish it though and it’s rather cute! It’s much bigger than I thought it would be and might be a little too big of a project for your kiddo? It comes with everything you need though and would be fun if your kids like detail oriented projects and can persevere.Overall I would buy this again as a gift for the right kid and would recommend it for a kid with lots of attention.

This is a fun twist on traditional latch hook. Not too difficult for someone who's latch hooked before but for a newbie could be frustrating. Everything is included in the kit and would make a fun Christmas gift

This Latchkits set is perfect for Beginners. My 8 year old loves penguins and she really adored this penguin Yarnimals set! She is just starting to crochet and this was the perfect tool for that. There were some times where she got frustrated and needed some help, but then she figured it out. The illustrated guide really does help walk you through it. I would say maybe 8-10 years old might be too early for this, especially if your child gets frustrated easily, but otherwise it's a really cute set that your child will probably enjoy.
