My head is not large, but I can barely painfully squeeze it on. Forget the ponytail. Will be returning.

This is the worst hat, its only function may be if you want sun protection in areas with zero wind. I used this for a week-long hiking trip in very sunny and windy conditions and had to throw it in my pack after a few hours. The chin strap doesn't actually latch shut so clasp slides down and the strap doesn't stay under your chin. The chin strap is also a rough material and it irritated my chin and rubbed off all my sunblock. The elastic strap in the back doesn't function at all. I pulled it as tight as it would go, I have a med-large sized head, and it never could stay tight enough to stay on my head. Your hair gets super tangled in the elastic strap as well. Don't waste your money on this hat, it's useless.

I ordered this hat with high hopes since it had the ponytail hole. I tried it on and couldn’t even put it on. Then I had my husband try it on and it didn’t fit him either. Then I had my 8 year old son try it on and it for him perfectly. This hat is not made for normal size adults. Way too small. Very disappointed.

I can’t wear this hat. It’s definitely not one size fits all and no way to enlarge the headband. My hair is thick and I can’t even get this on my head. Very disappointed that you can’t adjust it. It’s a great idea but doesn’t work for me.

We bought this hat for my mother in law for Mother’s Day but sadly it didn’t fit her. It ended up fitting my 3 year old. Very disappointed that these hats run very small.
