[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very happy with the closeness of the shave..great around all areas with the 3 floating heads.. Holds a charge extremely well. Have owned and used Phillips shaver products for over 50 years..this one is the best with one exception..The trimmer used for sideburns and mustache.is almost useless for a quality cut..I have to revert bach to one of my earliest models.. extremely disappointed with the trimmer function..the engineers who changed years of quality trimmer design for the trimmer installed on this shaver should be embarrassed..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shaver is definitely the best one out there today. Have used a Braun for years and there is absolutely no comparison between the two. However quit advertising that this shaver has Bluetooth feature because after two replacements none of them will pair! This is not a negative because it doesn’t affect the quality of the shave. I just don’t think you should advertise that capability when it is non existent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using Norelco and Phillips since 16 and I'm 70+. Like the feel in the hand and the head, but it's not as flexible as some. Could never get it to link with my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra through the app, but I could get it pair with the phone. Had tried with a Note 20, still nothing in the app. The most important thing is the shave; and that's very good. But don't tell me about an app that does not yet work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trimmer is horrible, too wide n doesn't cut, feels flimsy too. I still use the trimmer on my old Norelco 8800. Other then that it gives you a great close shave. Battery lasts long time.
