Like the shave, Like the Razor overall. I've had a Norelco most of my life. Never had a problem. Got this one for Christmas last year. No matter how lightly I hold it, the head often just comes off. So Frustrating and been putting up with it for too long. Wish Phillips would help. Just going try something else. I miss the old design...Lasted forever.

Not even close to shaving as close as a blade. Like the tilting head, but disappointing razor for the price. Save your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Square off heads make for uncomfortable shave. Old shaver was better but Phillips quit supporting that model by replacing replacement heads with inferior heads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these. One for my son and me. I have been a loyal Norelco customer since the ‘70’s. This unit is not nearly as good as my old Norelco. If I could have purchased new OEM replacement blades for my old unit I would not have needed to buy thus. I have tried several and they are all terrible. I’m guessing that is planned obsolescence on your part. I will not buy new blades for this shaver. I would rather switch to a competitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I absolutely love the razor, my low star rating totally relates to the app. I'm unable to get the razor and the app to talk to each other on a consistent basis. To a point where I've actually removed the app. But I do have a wonderful razor
